The prices are cheap but the service is HORRIBLE! My sofa was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 weeks, now I have to wait 3 Months. I had a house warming planned, the party had to be cancelled and flights had to be cancelled. When I reported this to Coleman Furniture, they did not try to reimburse me at all and said that it is not in their policy to give refunds for late deliveries. I do not recommend this company at all.

Recieved furniture but has damage in different areas of couch and loveseat as well as manufacturing defects. All of these I believe can be repaired without returning. Let me know how to proceed.

So far so great!

After much searching, I found this couch and debated on whether or not to get it without actually getting to sit on it. After much deliberation, we decided to order it and so far our loving it. The fabric is much better than I anticipated it being. I love to clean lines and how plush the cushions are. So far we are enjoying it very much.

I ordered my bedroom set from Coleman Furniture and their pricing, service, delivery and setup was definitely a 5 out of 5 stars. This is my second time ordering from them and I'm really happy with everything they include when you purchase through them.

Stay Away

I am not even sure this site is legit. I ordered my furniture on November 11th. I have been trying to find out the status. I finally talked to someone and they said it would be delivered yesterday. Still no furniture. Spoke with someone today and they said it would be here by 7pm. It is almost 9pm. Run!

Let me begin with saying that I am a disabled veteran. When I purchase any large item, I look for companies who offer delivery and setup services because with my physical condition I am not able to do heavy lifting or bending. I chose Coleman Furniture because they offered me "White Glove Service", which included delivery, setup and trash removal. The week of my delivery, I contacted the company through their chat service and they confirmed the full service. When the truck arrived on Friday evening, the delivery company informed me that they were just delivering two pallets with the furniture on it (4x6 and 4x8). No unpacking, setup or trash removal offered. When I asked the driver, he laughed and said that the furniture company lied to me. They left the two pallets on my driveway. Living in Washington State, of course my new furniture (almost $3k) was outside getting wet under the rain. Since I cannot lift anything I had to wait hours for help to arrive. The help had to come on Saturday to setup and Sunday with a trailer to take the pallets and trash. When I contacted the company's customer service they told me that they never offered me full service, in other words, they insinuated that I was lying. I contacted the company again through the chat to get a copy of the chat conversation in which the setup was confirmed. The person on the chat confirmed that the white glove service was offered to me but within the last few days the company changed the delivery options for my item to only delivery. The person from the chat apologized, but no contact from management. I never bother people for anything, so it was embarrassing to have people doing all this for me. I have to deal with my disabilities from serving my country for 30 years, but for the same reason I try to avoid instances in which I feel hopeless. If that was not enough, having a customer service representative insinuating that I am a liar was even worst. Not only Coleman Furniture lost my future business, but I hope they lose the business of every veteran and service member of this country.

We want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning the delivery issue that you have faced. We try to maintain the highest standards of service, but clearly that's not what happened here - and we're terribly sorry for it. Unfortunately, we recently changed the delivery method on similar products to free home delivery (without assembly), as a way to get to our customers quicker.

We offered to send someone to your home and assemble the items for you free of charge but we learned that your kind neighbors already assisted you with assembly. Instead, we offered to reimburse you for the inconvenience.
