Great, fast delivery! Awesome priced couch and sleeper! I was contacted by an actual person the very same day of purchase, so I had a go between incase I had any issues.
This company said they were charging a 15% cancellation fee which we never did we were doing and then proceeded to do so. Also this is after they delayed the shipping 3 different times and has been 8 weeks since the original order.
I moved into a new place and furnished a number of things with Coleman Furniture. Initially my experience was great and spoke of them with high praise. It was until I received a desk that was damaged upon delivery. The corner of the top surface of the desk was completely cracked and nearly broken off all together. Their customer service department is a completely joke, if you call they just tell you they're working on it. It takes over 24 hours for them to respond to each email you send. They originally offered me a $40 dollar credit to keep the desk as is, i refused and said I just want the part replaced. They informed me that it would take more than 2 months to get a replacement part. They have asked me the same questions multiple times through email and then take another 24 hours to respond. Dealing with their customer service has been an absolute nightmare and after this experience, a place that I had absolutely planned on buying furniture from in the future, and spoke highly of turned into a place that I will never shop from again and will worn everyone to stay away from.
For buying a living room furniture set strictly by shopping online, we couldn't be happier. The dark grey color and material of the couches are exactly what I was looking for. We are all very happy with our purchase. The picture is the day our furniture was delivered.
The selections are great and modern. The pricing is reasonable. The app is easy to use. Confirmation is as quick as the banking notification.
We just did an office remodel. We needed chairs for our HUB rooms. These chairs look great and delivery time was fantastic.
The furniture was great, good quality and price! The only downfall was the shipping time. The service and delivery also went well. I plan to order again from Coleman Furniture.

2 months for delivery!
From start to finish, everything went great! First, the price was excellent! Jill at Coleman even reached out and extended the extra warranty to me, which I forgot and had to be purchased by delivery. Once I purchased it, she confirmed it was linked to my couch. The furniture came within 2 weeks, I could have had sooner, but that was due to my availability. The delivery company was excellent and couldn't be nicer. They were very polite and in and out in less than a half hour.
Poor service
I was afraid to order off-line at first but they had such a good price on this party time sofa and love seat by Ashley's turned out to be great the delivery service Was excellent I will order from Coleman's again thanks

I ordered my storage bench on the weekend it stated 3-4 weeks for delivery. What a pleasant surprise when it showed up in 5 or 5 days. It matches my room beautifully and is very well made.

We love our new sectional and end table. They are beautiful and we got a great price. It took a while to get produced and shipped, but we were kept informed a long the way and they actually delivered it about 2 weeks earlier than the original estimate. The delivery guys did a great job. They set it up just where we wanted it and did it quickly.
Found the EXACT style sofa & chair I wanted with killer sales prices. Lead time was reasonable, customer service handled my delivery concerns (regarding coronavirus). Delivery team was AMAZING - really nice, hard working guys. There was some confusion between customer service & delivery, but your tram worked hard to follow up. The furniture is is perfect condition, meets my quality expectations, and beautifully completes my living room!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

I dont see any order or reference number to look into your specific case but generally speaking, orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship front he manufacturer. Once shipped, the return will be subject to the manufacturer's 15% restocking fee.
