I found a bed and dresser that my son really liked. I looked at the reviews and thought it was a good product and probably will be delivered a little late because of the covid 19? I placed my order on the 21st of may. I just got an email saying it might ship on the 26th of July? Im not happy about this at all. I ordered this stuff because I need it. They didnt say it will be 2 month's before we will give you an estimated delivery date? I dont have the luxury of being able to wait months on end to get this stuff. I imagine if i call to complain they will say oh well its not our fault, theres nothing we can do. I could cancel the order and order from someone who would at least give an accurate delivery date. But that again would take more time. Im just really disappointed in this place.
The bed is beautiful. Not yet sleeping in it for we're still waiting on the mattress from another source. Virus delay. But the bed is beautiful... it was an easy purchase on the phone and when it was delivered it was the white glove handling... impressive. Thank you for handcrafting such a beautiful piece of furniture!
Great website. Delivery dates and times were confusing. Had to cancel one order because of extended delivery time. Delivery was a day late and never got a call saying they would be late. One of the dresser drawers is slightly cracked on the inside.
I placed my order mid March. That was in beginning of pandemic for NYC. Purchase was made on a prayer because I've never ordered thru this company before and only learned of it thru internet searches. Needed to shop online because I closed on my home just as stores shut down. The furniture came within time frame given at checkout. The delivery company called to inform me it was coming and called the night before to give time frame. Delivery was at my door 9 am sharp with white glove service.
I ordered a new dresser through Coleman furniture. Everything went exactly as stated on the website. It took about a month to arrive and was exactly as ordered. I'm very happy and will not hesitate to use Coleman again.

My husband and I have been looking for a sofa for a few months now. The price was amazing so we ordered from Coleman. Shipping took a little longer than expected (obviously in these times) but when it arrived we were more than pleased! Will order again.
I am beyond disbelief at how horrible this company is. I did my research and decided to put my trust into this company based on their reviews and long history. Biggest mistake of my life. I bought a table set for a client of mine, assuring them this website will take care of us and is reputable. Table arrived a month late. All the 6 chairs were uneven and wobbly. Both arm chairs were completely destroyed. The table was chipped, scratched, damaged, uneven, and arrived with missing parts. When I reached out to customer service they gave me two options, have the missing pieces delivered and keep the table as is or return for over $900, a third of the price of the table. Not only that, we also purchased a living room set and kitchen table that both came damaged. You are unable to sit on the kitchen table because the middle pole was constructed all wrong. The living room set and tears, rips, and two of the legs were scratched and you could see the base paint color. I have been going back and forth with customer service representatives to try and work something out but they are so rude and treat you like a child. We told them we will keep the kitchen table and living room set and fix then ourselves if they would just take back the dining table because there is NO WAY to fix all the damages it came with and they still won't help us out. They will not budge and have now told us about an additional fee we must pay as well. I wish I never came across this website. I wish I never ordered from them. Please don't make the mistake I made. Order from a trustworthy site who will treat you better, please! If I could leave a negative star rating I would.
Satisfied with product, except for the fact that there is a design in the table that looks like a penis or a sperm!
Starting with the initial ordering with Matt through the various steps of delivery, the customer service was terrific. Everything was on time and we didn't experience any problems. Communication was excellent every step of the way.
The bookshelf is beautiful and great quality. Fit perfectly into my space without overcrowding it. The size is just perfect for small office or study area.

Some consumers say that Coleman offers them a nominal sum to have a local repair company fix the damage. Other consumers who request a refund instead of repairs claim they are told that any refunds would be reduced by a 15% restocking fee. I've contacted Coleman Furniture 5 times now without any help. I have never been so unhappy with a company. I ordered a couch on May 26th. On this day, I was told I would receive my couch in 4-5 weeks. On June 8th, I received an update stating that my couch would not come for another 6-7 weeks, DOUBLING the original expected arrival time. On June 9th, I received an email stating that my couch was GUARANTEED to ship on July 3rd. The exact wording was "the expected ship date is a confirmed date." Now today, June 19th, I have received an email saying my couch won't arrive for another 5-6 weeks. When I called to inquire, I was told that I may be waiting even longer, as the couch portion is not available. I have been led on and LIED to by Coleman Furniture multiple times. How can I be told a date is CONFIRMED to then have it changed again? This same couch was $78 cheaper at Ashley Furniture, however I ordered from Coleman because of the earlier arrival date. I have now realized what a HUGE mistake I made by trusting this company. I missed my chance to order from Ashley, as their sale on this sofa has ended. I have never experienced a company as incompetent and dishonest as this one and I hope this review can spare someone the frustration that I've experienced.

I love the couch. Better than expected! It is perfect size for a family and comfortable space in between.
We are very happy with the ottoman we purchased. It arrived much earlier than the original projected date. The only thing I was not happy about was I thought the legs were wooden, and they are plastic - durable, but plastic. A good value for the quality.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
