This entertainment center is stunning! It is exactly as shown and it looks SO expensive. It's more of an off white than I though, but I love it. Also, delivery was perfect! I would definitely recommend this!

This company refuses to replace a table they delivered with the top on backwards. When I notified customer served after being on hold for more thank 30 min, they asked for pics.
The rep sent me an email and said they would give me $70 to get it fixed by a technician of my choice. Who does business this way? I paid for white glove assembly and delivery which they failed to do.
I asked to return it. Please see the pic with their response.
Stay away the BBB has many more complaints about this constant and their business practices.
The entertainment center is beautiful and Coleman was great to work with. The price was also hundreds less than competitors! I had another item on back order and this item was held in their warehouse so that both pieces could be delivered together. The guys that delivered were professional, courteous and worked quickly. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Provence Bedroom set on May 5,2020. I was very hesitant to make this online purchase given some unfavorable reviews I had read; however, given the great deal and coupon offered, and the confines of shopping at a local furniture store due to COVID-19, I opted to give it a chance. It was an amazing experience! Don't let the negative views sway you from purchasing from this company. My furniture was delivered in the time promised, it was in perfect condition, and the white-glove delivery service was amazing! Bonus-Via a phone call, the company made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase (and that the delivery men wore foot coverings and face masks) before the delivery service exited my residence- What a great way to end a positive experience! The only opportunity for growth is for the website to be kept more current with the status of my purchase and delivery. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Coleman representatives via e-mail to find out the status of my purchase- this experience was also impressive as each time they answered my e-mail communication within 24 hours. No doubt that I was very apprehensive and nervous about this purchase, but my experience has dispelled all fears of working with them in the future. So much so that I already have a dining room set saved in my Coleman Furniture shopping cart with the intent to purchase soon. Hint: Coleman will authorize a temporary authorization for the cost of your furniture shortly after you make your purchase to make sure you have the money available but it is withdrawn fairly quickly afterward. I was not expecting that and thought my order had been stopped! But when I called Coleman, they explained that it is part of their process and that the charge would not go through until the furniture was ordered and loaded on a truck. That is indeed how it happened. Overall, a fabulous experience.
I recently purchased the Chelsea couch and loveseat and absolutely love the way these complete our living room. We recently redecorated and I wanted a more modern/ bohemian look and these couches are just perfect. I wanted leather but didn't want to spend a fortune. These are definitely high quality for a price that fit my budget. Coleman furniture was great to work with and had great customer service. Would highly recommend!

I was skeptical about buying a couch online never having seen or testing it out first but this sectional is awesome! The gray color will go with just about any decor, and it's super comfy, a good size, and looks more expensive than it was. The texture of the fabric is really nice, not gaudy at all like the fabric couches that I grew up with. I love the pillows it comes with, too. We have had it for over a month now and its held up so far. Would highly recommend!
So I ordered furniture in May with a 4-6 week delivery time. Though I thought it was a bit long, I understood that COVID had altered service for many businesses so I proceeded to place my order. Well, when looking at products they give you an estimate delivery time. The estimates were between 2-3 weeks, but after ordering they were often 4-6 weeks or 7-9 weeks. But as previously stated, I ordered with a 4-6 week wait. Well 5 weeks past and no word. No online tracking number. No delivery estimates. Nothing. Finally I received an email that my furniture had made it to the local warehouse, but I never received a tracking number so estimate my delivery date. I called every week but the voicemail was full and no one EVER answered. I sent emails and they were never returned. Finally, I decided to go with another company because the poor customer service and "unknown" was far too stressful on top of a major cross country move. Check out the BBB website on this company! It seems that some people had great experiences; however, far too many people have terrible experiences to make it worth it.
We just moved into a new home and I bought us some new bar stools. Despite the measurements posted on the website, the bar stools that arrived to my home were counter height, not bar height. No big deal, submit them for a refund right? NOPE! First it took me 3 weeks to get a customer service person to tell me how to return them. Then I got to PAY for shipment at $165.00 plus tax for SHIPPING! It has now been 3 MONTHS, more than a dozen exchanges with the company, photos of the packaging, confirmation of shipment and still NO REFUND. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from making a purchase from Coleman Furniture. They now have roughly $1,000 of my money and no one there seems to have an ounce of integrity to set things right.
The choices are great, the website can be challenging and not allow you to see everything.
I just received my order and find it damaged. I have called the hlpe line a few times and been on hold for a total of over an hour. Interestingly, when I ask for new orders, I get a response within 2 rings, but they "have no ability to help with my problem". The item is a small table that, although they promote "white glove" delivery is an item I have to assemble in part and items included are already broken. I cannot spend anymore time on this and am shocked they must have 50 people in the new sales department and 1 person in the support department. Ridiculous. I have now also emailed and hope someday someone finds my email and responds. I am boxing up the item and returning... So sad...

The chairs are so well built. Very little assembly. The product was just as promised.
They are polyurethane material instead of wood which will have a longer outdoor life. They are great for our patio sitting area.

I was so nervous about purchasing during a pandemic and although it took a while, it was sooo worth the wait! My couches are so beautiful, the delivery company assembled and I am just in love with my living room right now, cant wait to get back home to enjoy them. I woke up this morning and just stared at my living room for a while before having to step out.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
