I ordered a fabulous dining room table to match chairs I had recently purchased. The table turned out even more spectacular than the pictures suggested. The white gloves delivery was the best I have ever experienced. The two gentlemen were professional, polite and did a great job assembling and placing the table.
So far, it has been great. Site is very easy to navigate and check out was a breeze.

Furniture is nice but they are simply the worst company to work with. They will reschedule delivery over and over. They cannot give you a specific delivery date, only a 2 day window. They will also cancel your delivery and reschedule it for the next day with no regard for your schedule. Simply put, this company is affordable but has the worst customer service. They expect their cheap prices to create customer loyalty but their inability to meet customer needs should be used as an example of bad business in colleges across the country.
The desk I ordered was darker wood than on the picture which I actually like better it's beautiful. The delivery was efficient and on time no problems. Would definitely order again if the need arises.
I purchased a dresser from Coleman. Although it was a nice piece of furniture, it was darker than it looked on the website. The next day, I decided to return it. The restocking and pick up fee was nearly $700. The customer service representative actually said they recommend customers try to sell the furniture rather than return it. This is a terrible policy for an online company. I will never do business with Coleman again.

All images on our website are provided directly by the manufacturer to reflect the true color and details of each piece. That said, variations in lighting—whether natural or artificial—can cause items to appear lighter or darker once they’re in your home. For this reason, we encourage customers to review the photos shared in the review section, as these often provide a helpful “real home” perspective.
Regarding returns, the 15% restocking fee is set by the manufacturer, and because furniture is both heavy and delicate, return shipping is especially costly. We know this can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve the customer experience.

Great customer service. Its not as comfortable as we expected.
I purchased a Homelegance furniture set (Woodrow Brownish Grey Queen storage bed, chest and nightstand) through Coleman Furniture. The bed arrived broken and could not be put together. The quality of the furniture is AWFUL. The drawer listed as 12.75" deep on the chest only pull out 7 inches and when you reach in to try and access the rest of the drawer the wood cuts your hand. It's been 6 days since delivery and NO resolution. Coleman Furniture says manufacturer (ie Homelegance) isn't getting back to them. I have requested a return due to damaged, defective furniture. Coleman is trying to charge me 15% restocking fee (for broken and damaged furniture) PLUS $698 shipping. DO NOT BUY. Quality is the WORST ever! Customer service has been EXTREMELY unhelpful. Buyer BEWARE

Regarding the chest drawers, the reason they only extend partway is because of the design of the center metal-on-metal glide. Unlike side-mounted ball-bearing glides that allow for full extension, a center support glide is intended for stability and weight distribution but does not allow the drawer to fully extend. While this is a standard feature for many manufacturers, we understand it can feel limiting compared to other glide types.

I placed a $5,600 order with Coleman Furniture expecting a smooth experience and a high-quality product. Unfortunately, the process was marked by delays, miscommunication, and disappointing service. After placing my order, I was informed that delivery would take approximately 60 days—a surprising delay in today's online retail environment. For comparison, other retailers like Wayfair have consistently delivered similar items within days, often at more competitive prices. Ultimately, it took 101 days for my order to be completed. I had ordered a five-piece sectional and confirmed with Coleman that it could be arranged in any configuration. However, upon delivery, Coleman's own professional assembly team immediately recognized that the sectional could only be set up in a single layout, which did not suit my space. The team, hired directly by Coleman, documented the issue in their report. Despite this, Coleman required me to submit photos and additional proof, which felt unnecessarily burdensome and dismissive of the report already provided by their own experts. Another frustrating experience involved attempting to redeem my reward points on a sale item. I was told the item was unavailable, yet it remained listed as "in stock" on Coleman's website. When I tried to use my points on a different item, I was informed that my 520 points had been removed from my account without explanation. These interactions left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Later, a replacement console arrived at a local warehouse, and I was contacted by Coleman's "white glove" delivery service. After completing their questionnaire, the delivery was scheduled for a date I was unavailable. The system did not allow me to select a preferred delivery date—it simply assigned one, with no flexibility. The delivery company, Renegade Furniture, is owned by *, who also owns Coleman Furniture, which raises concerns about accountability across both entities. To date, my sectional still does not connect properly and shifts or tilts when in use, posing both a safety and comfort issue. As a former professional in the home accessories industry, I intend to share this experience with Coleman's competitors. Each misstep represents an opportunity for others to improve, earn customer trust, and differentiate themselves through better service and transparency. I believe it's important for industry peers to understand how Coleman handled this order, so they can position themselves to serve customers more effectively and capture those customers. In the end I gave Coleman multiple opportunities to make things right. But there was NEVER a price adjustment offered as a gesture of good faith for waiting 101 days to fulfill an order that never fully worked in my space despite checking prior to the purchase. $5600 is a lot of money to spend and even at that level Coleman Furniture simply does not care about the customer's experience.

This sectional is so big it exceeded my expectations. It's so soft and nice. Movie nights just got better.
My fault for not going over every inch of the furniture. I did inspect but really was looking for broken/cracked pieces... obvious issues. What i didn't look for is what I would call road rash on the table top. Didn't see it till delivery men left.
Two of the pieces were damaged. It was disappointing. I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to get money back or get new furniture.
When I had requested an update on my delivery they replied quickly and accurately. My new sofa is just as the description on their site. Very well made and I couldnt be happier!

My overall experience with Colman is 4 star. I give it a 4 star because the furniture is not exactly how it appears in color from the Coleman website.When asking Customer Service if they can email me real life photos of the furniture so that I may be able to have a better judgement of what it looks like they could not provide any, nor did the website have any real person reviews & photos.Secondly I waited over 2 months too receive my furniture from the nightstand not passing inspection. I believe that if a customer has already made 2 payments on their furniture that they should be receiving a significant discount from the actual amount because that like ordering from another business making multiple of payments & still haven't received what they are paying for so I think that business aspect can be managed better for customers.Thirdly on the very first day of finally receiving my furniture a part literally just fell off the night stand like really I'm paying over 2,000.00 dollars just to wait this long to finally receive my furniture to having the furniture fall apart from cheap parts?…So for that I'll be contacting them for not only a replacement but I'm seeking a discount for my inconveniences.
I purchased these beautiful sturdy counter height stools with a Carmel vinyl integrated seat cover. It has a coastal aesthetic but strong even for grandchildren to climb up and not tip them. The process of order and receiving them was professionally managed.
I shopped around for bedroom furniture and found what I wanted at a major furniture store that starts with an A. Then I found the exact same furniture for hundreds of dollars less with free shipping! Who doesn't like to save money! Thanks Coleman, I'll be back :)

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
