Took over a month to get my item very disappointed
I will not buy from this company again extremely slow service very dissatisfied. I don't see why I have to have over 150 words because of the first few words should've told how I feel about this place. Don't use them.

The ottoman came very quickly within a matter of a few days. I already had the sectional. I decided I wanted the ottoman also.
My couch arrived on time and intact. The white glove delivery service workers were polite and helpful, however my WHITE couch was delivered without any covering which meant it had several smudges from riding in the back of the truck, and even the delivery process upstairs to my apartment. That is my only disappointment and biggest recommendation is that future delivered via white glove be covered to protect it from damage and staining in the moving process.
The delivery was reasonably quick and the Quality and comfort of the cushions and the wicker as well as the design are excellent!
We have received LOTS of compliments on the swivel egg shaped chairs, in particular!
They look great and are fun as nd comfy

I placed an order for a dining table and an ottoman. The table arrived much quicker than expected and the delivery team brought it into my home and set it all up for me. They were so polite, professional, and quick! The table is absolutely GORGEOUS! It's so unique and really a quality item - we've gotten countless compliments on it in the short time we've had it! The ottoman was out of stock for a bit but Coleman kept me updated with estimated back in stock dates and tracking once it shipped. Anyone I spoke to and dealt with from Coleman and their partners have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and all around amazing! 10/10 would most DEFINITELY shop at Coleman again and recommend them to everyone!

Due to credit card circumstances ended up mistakenly ordering 2. Once we realized our error it was apparently too late to cancel one of chairs without paying a penalty. Tsk, Tsk.
I spoke with the customer rep and she made the purchasing process so smooth and easy. Within a week I had my item delivered, which i haveabsolutely no regrets about purchasing. The quality and price is unmatched.

Ordering the Loveseat to its delivery went very smoothly. The delivery schedule was adhered to very well, no delays. Communication was excellent at the time of delivery and white glove delivery went off very well. I will not hesitate to buy from this vendor if another opportunity arises.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
