Site easy to use. Appears to be quality furniture. And free shipping! They delivered on time and put everything together. Overall I was very impressed with the experience.
I had a few issues placing the order. There seem to be some glitches on the website when it comes to Checkout. One of the two chairs that I received was badly broken. The customer service I received to get a replacement part was excellent, though.
WE HAVE ORDERED BEDROOM FURNITURE ON APRIL 28, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INEFFECTIVE, AND MY DELIVERY STATUS HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS SINCE APRIL. OBVIOUSLY WE ARE WAY PAST THAT!
Easy online ordering. Asked in original order for package to not be delivered until after Aug 1. But was delivered earlier. But customer service was good even though covid 19 was in full swing. Would order from this company again but I wouldn't expect a specific delivery date. Keep up the good with your customer service.

I haven't received my furniture they didn't update me Properly I been waiting on my furniture since June her it is August the first few times they let me know what was going on the then July 15 was the last time I got update saying it would take another two week it has four steps its Goes through I never Received a phone call or email saying that my furniture was ready then when I called they Kept putting me on hold like they didn't know About the status of my furniture they said they have been calling me and emailing me.And I haven't not received anything else letting me know that my furniture was ready.
Absolutely Amazing!
I ordered bar stools on line 12/2019. I was sent an email stating they were back ordered. I replied to their email and canceled the order.
6 months latter I come home and find the barstools on my door step. I called the company and advised them I canceled the order in January. They called me a liar and said I was responsible for the return shipping.
IF I NEW THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THEM!
My friends thought I was an idiot for purchasing a household item as important as a sofa from an online source without seeing or sitting on it. But, I feel in love with the look and color of the set at first sight. Yes, it took about 6 weeks from date of purchase to delivery, but good things are worth the patience. The delivery team thought it was beautiful and they are not associated with the manufacturer. My husband is also very hard to please, but was very pleased with not only the appearance but the comfort of the set. The cushions and backing are firm and supportive yet not hard and unyielding. The rolled arms and other details are elegant touches. I couldn't believe that even the pillows were so well made. Looks like real leather but is a convincing lookalike. The color and style complement our current decor perfectly. We hope to enjoy this set for many years!
Exactly what I wanted
I ordered my kids some furniture April 20.2020 and I was informed up to shipping than get an email June 26,2020 that the furniture I ordered had Discontinued. OMG! So I'm trying it again.
I was very pleased with the bed I purchased. I found the same bed on another site for almost twice the price. The quality was fantastic. To top it off, there was no extra fee for the set up! I will definitely be shopping with Coleman again.
After absolutely no heplful customer service, we open the product and found it damaged. I bought a warantee package and no help here either. I would caution everyone - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
Terrible customer service. They deserve 0 stars. Several screws ripped out of my couch after 8 months of owning it - I live alone and weigh 130 lbs, so it's not a weight or use issue. When I contacted them for repairs, they offered $125 to fix it even though the repair estimates range from $300-$500. I asked for additional allocation based on the estimates, and they stopped responding to my emails(5-6 emails in 2 weeks with no response). Their call wait times are usually 30+ minutes. I will never buy from Coleman again, and HIGHLY recommend finding another store to buy your furniture from.
Bought a 3 pc table set for under $200 and couldn't be more happy. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for quality and great priced furniture.
I'm very happy with the piece of furniture I purchased from Coleman and the delivery set up process. This item is the highlight of the room. I would do business with them again.
After waiting 5 weeks for delivery of a piece of furniture (wall unit), it finally arrives. The guys assemble with a hammer and only tells me after I've signed for the delivery that the holes did not align properly and that it's essentially trash if I ever attempt to disassemble or move it. He propped one of the shelves with Allen wrenches and stripped the wood on another shelf so that the screws won't fit in. There is broken pieces of wood on the base of the wall unit, a big scratch on the side and nicks on the front.
Customer service was a joke. They were unconcerned about the quality or my experience, even though it is well documented by photos of the damage. I was offered a "courtesy" $125.00 to find someone to fix the damage. The sum wouldn't even pay for the time it would take me to identify a reputable repair service, nor come close to the cost of repairing the extensive damage to the unit.
Coleman Furniture is by far the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of making a purchase from. If I could rate them less than 1, I absolutely would. DO NOT buy anything from this company!
Terrible experience. My couch never arrived and they charged my card over $2k, after I called & emailed them numerous times to cancel my order. The product was described with 5-7 day shipping, and I needed it in time while moving, but they emailed me back saying it would take over a month, so I requested to cancel. They went ahead and charged my card anyway and never shipped me the couch. They are crooks! Stay away! Customer service is non existent! Shipping takes forever! If I could give negative stars I would.

My friend come to my room and decided to purchase the same set bedding. She love the color, the quality, and the installation service that included. That was perfect deal!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
