I found a desk that I loved on another furniture website but it was sold out. After searching for the desk online I found the desk at a lower price than anywhere else online through Coleman furniture. I was wary as I am a bit set in my ways in only ordering from sites I have used before or the really big names, but I went ahead and ordered my desk. The process was easy, I got email updates throughout the process, and I received my desk very quickly. The desk was wrapped in the same packaging that it came in from the manufacturer and though there were some facial marks on the box form transport, everything inside was very safely packaged. My desk is absolutely beautiful and I am really glad I ordered it through Coleman.
In looking at some of the Coleman reviews, it sounds like some of the issues others are experiencing with damaged furniture or shipping issues may have originated at the furniture manufacturer. I would suggest that anyone thinking of ordering furniture through Coleman also do some research on the manufacturer or the product to eliminate the chance of issues with their furntiture.
I ordered my couch from 6 months ago, they kept pushing back the delivery date, when I finally got fed up and called they had zero information, told me I could wait for it, or cancel, no accountability, no remorse. Decided to wait for it more since I had already waited so long till I got my 6th email pushing back the delivery date another 3 weeks. So now I can wait for a couch I may literally never receive, or cancel and start my search all over again. This company is grossly incompetent, I urge you to stay away from them.
This first time ordering big furniture online. Please come through for me.
They refuse to help a customer in any situation. All they do is try to offer you some lousy 50-75 dollars for MONTHS of frustration. They constantly lie about when you'll get your items and do not care about the inconvenience they cause. I will NEVER shop here again. It is a week away from august and I still have to contact these liars about items I ordered back in may, one of which showed up damaged and I never heard back from the delivery company since. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go elsewhere. Not even worth it. At all! I will be going to my bank Monday morning as I feel this is now fraud on the companies end. DID NOT DELIVER ANYTHING
Among all the craziness with this pandemic Coleman did all they can to have my furniture delivered on a timely base. Thank you for excellent customer service and consideration.

I ordered black leather furniture for living room. Didn't receive leather furniture.
My wife and I have never experienced the headache we did with those purchase and today just decided to throw the 3 months we have waited for our sectional and cancel the order (and they had the nerve, to try and charge us a cancellation fee). Got an update that said our coach would be delivered in 1-2 weeks a week ago, and today we received an update talking about another month. Not to mention a number of other emails that gave incorrect Etas. It got so bad they started sending calls to voicemail to dodge customers. They need an extreme revamping to there Logistics operations to say the least. I would advise you to head the other way unless you want to wait until 2021 for your items!
Love how comfortable and soft the furniture is. The furniture took a while to come because of the virus, but I'm happy with my purchase

I have been looking for some time now for 2 arm chairs and 2 replacement chair for a dining room table I purchased in an antique store. Didnt think I would ever find them BUT I did! Coleman Furniture was great. As soon as they got my order, someone reached out to me. They kept in touch w me about my order. I received emails w tracking info. I would certainly recommend them! I'm gonna give it to you straight as you're probably seeing a lot of complaints about delivery. One, we are in the middle of a freaking virus taking over the US, so take that into consideration. Two, the prices are really good so I kind of expected the delivery to take some extra time. As long as you don't need the furniture yesterday, then all is well. I ordered in May and received the furniture in July, no big deal. They consistently sent an email keeping me informed of my order... that's all I ask is that I get communication.
As are as quality of the sectional... it is in line with the pricing. My wife and I are fully satisfied with the construction and design. We would totally buy from Coleman again.
So, in a nutshell, if you're willing to wait and couple of months for decently priced furniture, hit these guys up. Don't let the haters hate!
While the furniture was delivered and set up, we noticed that two of the doors were not mounted correctly and the gap at the top tapered from 1/8" to about 3/8". We also did not like the color as it looked different from the photos on the website. We really were not happy with the items. I called customer service to ask if we could exchange these items. Sorry, no exchanges. You can return them but it will cost you a 15% restocking fee ($175) and shipping charges of about $425. Our total loss is $600 of an $1100 dollar purchase. I would been happy to exchange the items, but it is not an option. We just moved into our new home and I will not be purchasing from Coleman in the future.
Smooth no problems
I really like how they kept me updated on the status of my order. From the time my order was processed to the day that it was delivered. I never had to question where it was or what was going on with it. The packaging was great and the delivery was quick.
The entertainment center went together very well and the overall size was perfect for my living room. The issues I had were: 1. The color wasn't a clean white but has a light cast of blue/green to it which stands out against the pure white of my fireplace and shutters, etc. 2. The thin wooden backing on the lower middle unit was installed crooked and I had to remove five screws, straighten it and reinstall it myself. 3. The whole entertainment center unit leans out from the wall noticeably as opposed to being vertical. Poor workmanship consistent with number 2. Don't judge the color by this photo because I played with the color to make it appear a purer white as I was sending it to friends...
Coleman Furniture services suck! They are horrible and useless! I ordered a furniture from them for over 3 months now and I have not received it. CRAZY! I have a house with no couch!
I get updates with different timelines that doesn't even make sense. 1 day the ETA is 2-3wks and then I get another update with ETA 7-8weeks!
I am officially done with them! USELESS!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
