This table took two months to arrive due to covid, but very much worth the wait. This item is very high quality and perfect for my small dining area!
I normally would go to a furniture store and sit on the couch to make sure it is comfortable, but with the current situation of Covid-19, I went online and purchased the Darcy RAF sectional. I was very pleased with my sectional. It is very comfortable, and i would recommend this company to all my friends and family members.
I was very unsure about making such a large purchase online. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and fell in love with a sectional at a local store. It was a bit out of our price range though and that didn't even include delivery. When we found the same exact thing online, we couldn't believe it - the sectional, matching recliner, and delivery were all cheaper than just buying the sectional at the local store! It seemed to good to be true and we questioned the validity of the site. We did some research and finally decided to take the risk - if it worked it would be worth it. It did take a while to actually receive the furniture, but I got e-mail updates all along the way that were very reassuring. We now have both pieces (delivered and set up for free) and we love them!
Very reliable. Although shipping takes a little long, if you are not in a rush then I would definitely recommend this website. They delivered the bedroom set, and assembled it for no charge. Very satisfied customer

Was between two sectionals for my living room the one from another furniture place stated it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery which we thought was a little longer than we liked and we liked the sectional from Coleman a little bit better. Boy did we make a big mistake after I ordered I received an email saying it will take 6-7 weeks to be delivered. On May 18th we received an email saying it will be delivered in 4-5 weeks another email on May 21 saying there are delays but since we ordered when we did we would not ya e any issues. A final email came on May 29 saying our couch will we delivered to them for inspection by June 15 and delivered to us 4-5 weeks later. Well these where both big lies because one we were not safe because the time we ordered and two our coach was not gonna be at the warehouse on the 15. I contacted them to see what was going on since it is now 4 days passed the date it was supposed to be at the warehouse well they inform me it will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. WHAT. So we went from 6-7 weeks(which is already ridiculous) to 10-11 weeks. Also when I contacted them to let them know this is ridiculous and poor customer service they acted like they don't know what I am talking about.
So please beware if you want your couch at a reasonable date.
6-30-20 And the furniture is set for delivery but the only delivery date is two weeks from today. So when they said it really will be only two more weeks that is a lie. This company is a joke.
7-13-20 - it just gets better I was all prepared to receive my sectional on July 14 I watched the trash people crush my old furniture and was all prepared to get new furniture. Well not even 24 hours notice; Coleman contacts me to let me know my sectional will not be delivered tomorrow because it did not pass inspection WTF! Really so when they say they inspect it before they set up delivery that is a LIE. All LIES! A Joke I can not even believe a company operates like this. So now no furniture and no sign of when we will actually get it. No one is calling us back either. Disgusted
Absolutely awful customer service. They lure customers in with decent pricing and promises of quick fulfillment of orders. However, when ANYTHING goes wrong, they place the blame on the manufacturer and take NO responsibility for taking care of their customers. OWN YOUR MISTAKES! If you can't do that, then you don't deserve my business. Placed an order for an entertainment center based on the info on Coleman's website that said it would deliver in 2-3 weeks. The reality of the matter is I will not get my order until 7-8 weeks have passed. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction, they callously thumb their nose and say "Sorry, we can't expedite and we will not offer any compensation or discount for your inconvenience". What that tells me is that you don't care about my business. It's not your manufacturer's fault when you make a promise to a customer that cannot be fulfilled. It is YOUR mistake. Own it! I have heard multiple stories that are similar or worse from other colleagues and friends. Wish I would have done my homework on this AWFUL company before placing my order. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Plenty of other great furniture stores both online and brick & mortar who are more deserving of your business.
Ordered furniture in May still haven't received it. You will be better off going to your local furniture store.

Very pleased with the reclining sectional and the delivery as well. Looked at a variety of places and found Coleman to be accessible and thorough in the purchasing process, especially during the pandemic when we were unable to see/touch/sit on our furniture! Hard to spend in the thousands for a product on-line. Will surely use them again.
Great communication and great quality furniture. There is a tiny button missing from my bed frame but this is being taken care of right away. Would definitely order again
The shopping experience is pleasant and the bed looks lovely online. However, they claim it takes 5-8 days delivery and shipping with a disclaimer for delays that gives you the impression of a maximum 4 weeks delay. After 2 weeks of no news, no updates or way to track my order I reached out and was told my bed WILL NOT be delivered until at the VERY EARLIEST mid-October... I ordered my bed on July 2nd I expected due to Covid-19 delays end of August delivery at the latest... but Mid-October? The customer service was passive about the inconvenience and told me I can cancel the order if I want to. It took the joy out of ordering a new bed, so disappointing

It arrive before estimated date, well protected, and in four pieces which was perfectly assembled right in front of me by very nice professional staff whom before leaving let me know everything about my furniture and took with them all cardboard and plastic wrap cleaning all around.

Easy to go through the site
After three attempts to order this exact Tidewater corner TV console from another online company (twice delivered damaged and the third time order cancelled with no explanation), I was very happy to deal with Coleman Furniture and have a great experience. The item arrived packaged securely and with no damage. As promised, the item was delivered into the house and placed in the spot where I desired it. The delivery service unpacked the fully-assembled console and inspected it with me for any signs of damage--there were none. I am delighted with the quality of the service and glad I looked elsewhere to find this exact corner console.
I was skeptical about ordering furniture online from a site I've never heard of before. But I'm so glad I did. My couch is perfect. Big and soft cushions. Definitely would recommend buying from Coleman furniture.
Price point and free shipping made my decision easy. This same end table was on Z-Gallery website, more money, and no free delivery. I was pleasantly shocked to find it on the Coleman Furniture website. My end table arrived in good condition, well packed, and the time from order to shipment to delivery was very reasonable. It looks as shown in the photograph. I am very happy with my selection.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
