The young lady was helpful and pleasant but when I checked my sister's order it had a medium bottom and a small top. My sister is very large busted and must have a larger top which I ordered large. I checked my email just to discover my sisters gift was a medium pant's and small! Top. I called thinking we will get this strengthened out simple they would send the X large top with the medium pants But alas that was not how it happened. The new rep said oh you must pay for the new top all over again and then they will ship it. They have not shipped anything yet but charged my card 570.00 already. I said I will just pay you price again but then she said oh! Your credit card dose not work. While she is on the phone trying to cancel my whole order I call my credit card people and they say their is nothing wrong with your card. They say your credit has blank thousand dollars you can spend. Has. They tell me to file dispute against Coldwater Creek which I will. The stores were wonderful but these people cant seem to get their shipping and correct size problem under control. I love the product but the last time I spent money at Coldwater creek they never sent my blue shirt with my large order. Then I did not shop with them again and they closed. I knew why because of the same monkey business out of the product don't tell just send wrong size and pocket the money. You have a good product but can not get your people to package and send product properly. I suggest you open your stores again or just close. It is just to much trouble to shop with you. I will tell everyone at church work and my doctor whom was all exited when I told her you have a catalogue and on line shopping. I am going to take a blood pressure pill now and calm down.

Does anyone else have this issue? I ordered 2 items and as of March 1st they haven't moved on the tracker. I finally got through to someone at the company and they lied and told me it was at the post office for me to pick up. I had just been there and the tracker didn't indicate that either. I went to the post office and they typed in the tracking number I was given and told me the package was waiting to be received by the post office. The status hasn't changed in 3 weeks and when I emailed customer service they sent me the same useless tracking number. Yes, I get that you created a tracking label. The problem is that no one has given that package to the Pat office so they can deliver it to me. Tomorrow I'm calling my credit card company and reversing the charge. They can use their tracking number to route the package back to themselves. This company was sold to someone else at the end of November 2020. I'm guessing they are just keeping people's money at this point.
I used to love shopping at Coldwater Creek when they had stores, back in the 2003, 2004. Etc. The sales staff was alway helpful, the clothes were good quality and aside from basics, there were clothes that were so well designed I thought, "I have to have this!" Prices weren't cheap but they seemed fair, so if they were on sale they were a bargain. When I lost a lot of weight, I had to get rid of most of my closthes which was a shame on the one had because I loved almost all of my wardrobe. (Yes, loosing the weight and keeping it off was worth it.) Went to the mall, and low and behold no more stores! In the catalogs, the clothes are mostly conservative in a way that make them boring. I understand their return policy is difficult. I'm still getting catalogs from them and I spotted a tee shirt that caught my eye. $69.99! Seriously? I'm plannng to write them to tell them not to waste their paper and postage on me. They took a really fun place to shop and turned it into expensive ho-hum.
I have been a Coldwater Creek customer for 20+ years. Let me stress that was the ORIGINAL Coldwater Creek. This current bunch shouldn't even be allowed to use the name. I ordered one item - a sweatshirt- on 1/19/21 and immediately received an order confirmation. The following day, a "pending" charge appeared on my credit card. On 2/2/21, I had not received any further correspondence and the credit card charge had not cleared, so I called Customer Service. After holding for about 20 minutes, I finally spoke to Kevin. He researched my order & said "they" had not charged me correctly for the tax and when they tried to re-bill my credit card, the charge was declined. After quite a bit of effort, Kevin was able to rebuild the order correctly & get my approval for the charge to my credit card. He assured me my item would be shipped quickly. I received a shipping confirmation (sort of) on 2/4/21. Actually, the tracking number took me to USPS & said "A label has been created & USPS is awaiting your item." Well, I signed up at USPS for tracking info & updates. They never acknowledged receipt of my item. After about 3 weeks, I emailed Coldwater Creek Customer Service. It took about 5 days for a response to be received. The response said: "Thank you for contacting Coldwater Creek.
Please note that the United States Postal Service has an alternate hub prior to arriving at your local USPS hub to assure that all items are safe for mail recipients as well as postal employees. We truly appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times. Your Side-Zip Medallion Print French Terry Pullover should be shipping out any day for you, though there is not a precise delivery date listed as of this email."
SERIOUSLY? I have ordered DOZENS of items online "during these unprecedented times", many of which traveled via USPS. Not one of those items took this long to not only get to me, but just simply to arrive at USPS. I am beyond angry. I called Customer Service on 3/1/21 & requested a refund. Unfortunately that has not happened as of today. My next step will be contacting Better Business Bureau and FTC. My advice... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
Ordered a $75 sweater on January 27,2021. The site said it would ship in 4 to 8 days. It is March 3,2021 and the tracking says the USPS facility is "awaiting item." My credit card was billed when it "shipped" January 29,2021. Called twice and e-mailed twice, and got excuses ranging from slowness due to snow, Covid, Pitney Bowes and of course USPS. Funny, other companies have met their shipping date estimates. I even went '"Karen" and demanded to speak to a supervisor, who assured me it was on the way, just shipping "slowly." What? By stagecoach? I asked for either a re-ship or a cancellation and refund and they refused either solution. If aggravation and frustration is your cup of tea, then go for it... otherwise stay clear!
If perchance you still need corduroy pants don't buy the cords from Coldwater creek. I ordered them several weeks ago and received a navy pair instead of black, terrible material ( I happen to know goods, having parents that were in the garment industry when clothing was made like crazy in the USA)
I didn't return because I washed them to see if they would soften up. No luck. Don't buy them. I got a better pair of pants in Sam's for $35 less. Unbelievable. I used to shop at coldwater creek stores when you could touch and feel, I still have items that are classic and wear like iron. But things have changed for sure. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Send stuff back. I just needed a black pair of cords bad and settled for a rough pair of navy that I'll use for shoveling!
Ordered a scarf for Valentines day and 1- they did not tell me it was on backorder and then when it was recieved-2 weeks AFTER Valentines day I had to pay the return shipping! TERRIBLE customer service, terrible. NEVER order from them again!
As long as you have no returns, Coldwater Creek still has quality clothing. If you do need to return something, do not email but instead call customer service. They can generate a return form and will email it to you immediately; keep copies of these 2 emails and your order along with the SKU/Style number info about what you return (take photos with your phone of these documents, and also your package before you mail it). Your package will take 2 weeks to get to Illiniois then to Indiana; for the next two weeks it will bounce back to IL then back to IN according to the tracking; it's crazy and indicates serious issues with their logistics. Then, please do call their customer service; leave your name and they will call back so you don't have to wait. I've found their customer service folks on the phone to be very helpful and the lady I got today expedited my refund, although she did say it will take up to 12 days (!) to appear. Everything takes much longer than it should, I think their returns processing is seriously messed up after their reorganization under new ownership last summer.
I waited weeks for my order to arrive. Tried calling over and over to report it missing, waiting on the phone over an hour and no one ever came on the line. Emailed twice- no response. Still waiting. Never ordering from CWC again.
I ordered over $500 worth of clothes from Coldwater Creek and returned all but one thing shortly after they were received. It's been almost 3 weeks since I mailed the return and I have not heard from them, cannot reach anyone on the phone and they haven't responded to 2 emails. And to top it off I just received word that they have shipped something to me and they charged my credit card. I have not ordered anything else! Anyone have any suggestions?
I've been a customer for years. Loved their clothes. Recently placed a large order. My credit card was charged but I have received nothing. I've tried and tried to get someone at Coldwater Creek to answer the phone or respond to me email with no success. This is not the Coldwater Creek of years past. They lost a customer.
Fifteen years ago, I shopped at Coldwater Creek frequently. Then I noticed that the quality of their goods began to lessen but their prices remained the same. In 2018, I bought 2 pairs of cords. I liked the look and fit and didn't notice any difference in the shipping time. Before the winter was over, the wales were wearing off! So, in 2019, I bought a different style and the same thing happened. And I'm not talking about just on the knees, but all over. When you read about corduroy, it's supposed to be a more durable fabric. These aren't durable by any stretch of the imagination. Now this is compared to a pair of cords I bought from them maybe ten years ago. On that pair the wales are still there, even on the knees. I don't see myself shopping with Coldwater Creek in the future. I have already found better alternatives where I don't have to pay as much.
Placed on order on Jan. 4th for $221.34 worth of merchandise. Got email confirmation on Jan. 5th that it was shipped and my credit card was charges. It is now Jan 25th and I still haven't received anything. Tracking shows it was in Indiana then to Illinois then back to Indiana and the last tracking was Jan. 16th departing Indiana. That was 9 days ago and still nothing. Calling customer service was a joke. On hold forever and the rep couldn't even find my tracking information. She was going to refer my info to the complaint dept and I should be getting a call in 24-48 hrs. Still nothing.
On 12//17/2020, I ordered 3 pair of Ponte Perfect Holly Pants for $185.51. Paid $16.00 shipping fee. Today is 1/8/2021, they still have not arrived!'
When I placed a final order with this company, they never notified me that it wouldn't be arriving. This is the second time that poor management has ruined this company. I am not confident that if they attempt a third resurrection that I would shop with them again.
I also ordered from Coldwater Creek on July 21,2020 my credit card was charged $61.30. I've received nothing. Phone line is always a busy signal and no answer to email.
They accepted an order, took the money from my account, and then pulled up stakes and vanished. I would put money on them running another store scam somewhere that acts the same way so be on the lookout for similar marketing.
Coldwater Creek has provided some of my favorite articles of clothing--from burnout tees to jackets to pintuck blouses, CC clothing fits well and repeatedly gets me compliments.
Last spring I placed a large order with Coldwater Creek (pre-Covid-19 lockdown). I received my order within about 10 days. Much to my disappointment, the items I ordered were not of a quality consistent with what I had paid for them... except for the items I bought on sale. Sizing among the items varied greatly, even though I ordered mostly the same sizes in everything. Returned about 8 of the 14 or more garments (some not returnable due to "final sale only") in two separate packages using the company's SurePost return labels. One package arrived for credit about 6 weeks later (I tracked it), but I had to call to get my credit processed. The other package stalled out in a town of about 15 miles away. Finally had to call to get that credit processed, too! Now I see that they closed shortly after I received my last credit. Feel lucky to have gotten it at this point! Goodbye and good riddance!
I purchased and returned two pairs of denim slacks from Coldwater Creek in June, 2020 using their shipping label. I checked in July and the package was received. I checked in August, again using the tracking number and website. In September, the website indicates the package number does not exist. During this time, the company closed and has given no forwarding information. I still have not received a refund.
Answer: Hiya Jane, Give their customer service a call, the number should be in your confirmation email (don't try to find it on their website). Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck

Answer: Want to exchange 2 pair pants but appears they are no longer there. Anyone know when they closed customer service? The automated answering service just hangs up on you! If anyone is still working at Coldwater Creek, would you please contact me? I am so frustrated and confused
