Placed an order in June. Credit card has been charged. Still no merchandise delivered. Called... received strange beeping noise. Emailed three times... no response.
I just want what I ordered.
I made the mistake of ordering from their going out of business sale. Received a confirmation but never heard another word. Fortunately I wasn't charged anything. They seemed to have just abandoned the whole business.
Ordered 4items July 21. Credit card immediately charged and received email confirmation of order. Since then have tried calling (always busy!)and emailing. No response to anything. Really disgusted with lack of follow up. Can't blame everything on the pandemic.

Like many here, I love CC and am sad they're going. I made my last order in late July, and got both an order confirmation and shipping confirmation from FedEx. Now, they have no way to be reached (email or phone), and Fedex tracking number only says "Pending, awaiting package from shipper." Credit card WAS charged, so it has been paid for. Fed Ex is worthless in helping- they just say "Contact the shipper." I even found another CC email to try here, and this was the result: Your message to *******@coldwatercreek.com couldn't be delivered.

I ordered several items online in the final sale. I immediately received an email confirmation of my order. After 3 weeks, I sent an email asking for status. I received a "Cancellation Status" email, informing me that every single item I had ordered had been cancelled. I have no idea if they would ever have let me know if I hadn't reached out first. Why even let the items make it to my cart to order? And now the company is closed? If they make a comeback, avoid like the plague!
I sent a email to the customer service asking for updates on my order from July 18th. I just wanted to see if it was ever going to be on its way. I then received an email stating that the whole order was cancelled. I didn't want to cancel my order. I just wanted an update on when if it was ever going to be shipped.
OK, so they are now officially out of business BUT prior to this they sent me a "goodbye, we're going out of business" catalogue in July advertising 70% off everything. I have shopped at CC many times over the years but always thought their clothes were overpriced, so I would generally buy items on sale. I should have known it was too good to be true. They just cancelled all 7 items I ordered after I waited over three weeks, and when I would check my delivery status they kept moving the delivery date further and further out. So no wonder they are out of business, they appear to be clueless as to their inventory, and unable to fulfill orders which just seems like false advertising. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. Not sorry to see them go, retailers doing business like this are not worth the trouble.
I ordered a shirt from them recently. It is too small but is labeled with the same size as ALL tops I buy. I was going to return it, but discovered in very small print, NOT on the page I ordered from, that if it is marked final sale OR ends in $. 97 it cannot be returned.
That is a very sneaky way of doing business. Each item ought to be labeled as non-refundable, not have that info hidden in small print on another page. I only ordered it because it was a fair price, and would never pay the full price. Their clothes are way OVERPRICED! Do not buy Coldwater Creek. I just saw they are closed! 7-28-2020
I ordered this dress to try as a possible mother of the bride dress. It was delivered on time. It was way too big and had scratchy sleeves. So, went about returning it. Read over the packing slip on how to do so and realized if the item is marked final sale, it cannot be returned. I had no idea! After sales tax, the dress was about $90. I would NEVER have ordered a dress to try had I know it was nonreturnable! I called to speak to a rep. She was nonplussed. I never saw anywhere while placing the order online where it said this and I told her so. I got back online as if I were purchasing it again to see if they showed it couldn't be returned. They have a scrolling message in a dark red bar with tiny white letters that scrolls about 4 different messages. The message about final sales being nonreturnable is the very last one. By the time that one came around, I had already hit the purchase button. I never even saw it. I emailed them and nicely complained and said they should change it to a message in bold print that doesn't scroll, unless it's their goal to dupe customers. They never got back to me. So, I have this dress with tags on it that'll never be worn by me. I will not be buying from this company again. Very disappointed!
After receiving shipment in the middle of June, only one item fit properly. I returned the remaining three items in the prepaid label bag the next very next day, for credit. As of this date, I have not heard anything. I have tried to contact customer service and got nowhere, as they hung up on me. I only wish I had looked for online reviews before I ordered.
Apparently, "relaxed fit" means 3 sizes too large. I ordered Petite Medium, and the tops were swimming on me: bizarrely wide by several extra inches on each side, many inches too long (and not advertised as "tunic length"), etc. Ugh. Very disappointing. Also non-returnable as final sales. I intentionally washed them in hot water and put them in a hot dryer to try to shrink them (they were all linen/cotton blends), and they were_still_ huge, not even close to what "relaxed fit" is from other shops. I'd felt it was worth a try because of the great sale prices and pretty colors/styles, but will not be ordering from CC again.
I used to love the clothes from Coldwater Creek and shopping at their store was a pleasure, and I hate to shop. Now that they only have online, or by phone ordering, the customer service is terrible. I ordered a sweater and didn't get it until months later and was never told it was on back order. I had to call and find out. And, when I called to find out the status of the order, I was on hold for over 30 minutes before I was able to get through. Also, ordering online has been a problem as when I went to enter my billing information, it said that one of the items wasn't available, but didn't say which one. Just terrible!
I have been trying for 10 days to reach Coldwater Creek's customer service. The automated phone service basically hangs up on you! I am wondering if this is a bigger issue? Is anyone else having this same issue?
I returned a demin shirt to Coldwater Creek and the records show it was delivered but I have not been refunded as of 7/8/2020. I cannot reach anyone by phone and their automated reply is that they are short-staffed and to call back later. Well, I've been calling for over a week and finally sent an email which of course has gone unanswered yet they continue to send emails to me to purchase from them. Guess what? I will never do business with Coldwater Creek again. Called their headquarters and there was no answer there too. Terrible business model and now we know why they went out of business in 2014. They should of stayed away.
I order a few things from this company because they have some cute unique styles... BUT they are EXPENSIVE. That's not my complaint though... I don't mind paying a bit more for nice quality clothing. But when you pay that much - your customer services need to be excellent - in my opinion they are horrible! I placed an order for 4 items in (2) different orders- the 4th item I added to the 2nd order because I would receive an extra % and free shipping. So I added the an order for white jeans which i really didn't need for my wardrobe. Guess what 1 piece of clothing I received - the white jeans that I really didn't want. The other items that I was so excited to receive I kept getting emails pushing out the delivery date a couple times... OVER 4 MONTHS. Finally I emailed to say what the heck? And THEN I finally received an email both saying the rest of the items were discontinued. I was mad. It took them 4 months to figure out they didn't have those products. I told them to take me off their email list and stop mailing catalogs on 6/14/2020. They responded by email to me on 7/05/2020.
Now i have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for be removed from the mailing list. I don't recommend them. Too many other places with just as cute clothing with much better service.
I ordered three items in late June. I received one. When I tried to call today about the other two, the message said they were closed (I clearly called during business hours) and the customer service line mailbox was full. Too bad, they used to be a great company. I did get a catalog today. Buyer Beware. I certainly wouldn't order anything...
I had no idea any item on sale with. 97 ending price is not returnable. So this shirt does not fit and looks nothing like online and I have to give it to Goodwill. This brand used to be excellent. Everything fit and customer service was wonderful. No more. They are just like all the other scammers online. We have a store close to my house and I thought I could return it there if it didn't fit. NO RETURNS TO STORE FOR MERCHANDISE ORDERED ONLINE. Wow, they really know how to treat their customers. That's the end of my shopping at Coldwater Creek.
I just bought several items at the Coldwater Creek sale, they were marked final sale, no returns or exchanges. I called customer service hoping that I could exchange for a size that would actually fit me, their response was "NO." I have bought their plus size clothing for years, but recently their sizing is all over the place. I was drowning in a size 2X when in the past a size 2X fit me perfectly. I followed their sizing instructions and still the clothing did not fit. I am sick of dealing with this company, their clothing is always overpriced and buying them on sale makes for a reasonable price which is what Coldwater Creek should actually be selling them for. I have bought lovely clothing from online sales at high end department stores and when they haven't fit I've been allowed to exchange the item. Coldwater Creek will not make it if they don't change their pricing and sale practices. Signed a former Coldwater Creek shopper.
In order E******* I ordered 3 pans and 1 tunic. I received pans, but not tunic. I payed for all. Where is my tunic?
After many years as a customer I will no longer be giving any business to Coldwater Creek. I purchased a sweater and was not alerted that it was non-returnable. That is unacceptable for an online merchant. I tried contacting customer service by phone and email. I was on hold for over 30 min and gave up. My email went unanswered for 9 days. I finally received a response only to be told in a poorly worded email, Sorry - No, it's not eligible for exchange. Forewarned!
Answer: Hiya Jane, Give their customer service a call, the number should be in your confirmation email (don't try to find it on their website). Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
