Less than one star in my opinion. Ordered three dresses, took a long time to receive. Sizing seemed way off and so far, have returned two using the pre-paid usps shipping tag. Three weeks later and I still have not received my refunds, and these were not cheap purchases. Not a happy shopper!
A few months ago (early 2022), I was excited when I learned that Coldwater Creek was back in business.
The website pictured comparable styles and options that I associated with the Coldwater Creek brand and I happily ordered a few spring items.
Then the problems began... It took a few weeks to receive the first items and several more weeks (two months+) for other items. Some items had quality issues, other items were not was pictured or described.
It's very disappointing but I will not be buying from this Coldwater Creek knockoff in the future!
Waited five days for two day express shipping I paid extra for.
I was told that I gave wrong ZIP code. I asked how my card was charged with wrong ZIP? Said it was corrected before shipping.
I said dress order is now 23% off!
The only adjustment she would give me was $5 for the two day shipping! This for a customer who spent over $300 just last month!
Think it's time to give my business to other companies.
If i didn't have to give thr company any stars to write a teview i would. I purchased 6 items on cold water Creek website on 3/20/22 for an upcoming vacation at the end of April. I received a confirmation of the order but no shopping info. I called Customer Service on 4/3/22. I was reassured the items were in stovk and would be shipping out from the warehouse the wrek of 4/11/22. On 4/10/22 i contacted customer service to verify the items were going to ship. I was told 5 of the 6 items were cancelled as they were no longer in stock. I never received any e-mail that the order was cancelled. This website should br shut down. There customer service is poor and the pfoducts being advertised are not available. If you are shopping for an up and coming event do not expect that you will get it from here.
They don't care to satisfy their customers. I ordered a pair of shorts. These shorts had never been worn and are still in their catalog. I put them in my closet and when I got them out to wear, I found they were too big. They won't exchange them for me because it's been over 90 days. I'm stuck with a pair of their shorts that I can't wear. Another company I ordered from, even though it had been over 90 days, was glad to exchange for me.
I placed an order one week ago with Coldwater Creek, as I was pleased with my previous purchase the month before. I ordered one week ago and have never received a shipping verification. However, $117.10 was paid out of my account 4 days later. Two days now I have not been able to open my account or anything on their site. This morning I called, and said that my item had shipped, but would still be 4-8 days before delivery. I ordered these items to take on my vacation which is in 5 days. He said they were located in Pennsylvania, and I am in Florida. How does that take another week for delivery if they have shipped. Will not be ordering from this company again. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
I sent 4 emails regarding a return, sent using their label and system. (I have a receipt from the post office but that doesn't help.) They don't even answer! Some "service".
Also, product sizing is very inconsistent.
CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE FOREIGN PEOPLE YOU EMPLOY INSTEAD OF AMERICANS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! ORDERED A SHIRT ON 2/24 AND STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. EACH TIME I CALL THEY GIVE ME A NEW DATE FOR SHIPMENT. I received a dress, size 6, and it was much, much too large for me. I returned it and after awhile they returned it to me, with a comment that i had worn it; therefore I could not return it. There is no way that I could have ever worn it, as it was so large. I returned it to them, but never got a refund.
I sent back a $193 coat over 3 weeks ago and they said they don't have it in their warehouse yet. They say it could take up to 6 weeks to get a refund. I used TBE shipping label they sent
Coldwater Creek does not fulfill orders that are placed, nor do they even let you know if an order you are waiting on has been canceled. I understand owners of the company are from Hong Kong now. BEWARE! THIS IS NOT THE COLDWATER CREEK COMPANY WE ALL LOVED! STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!
I started buying from Coldwater Creek in mid-Fall 2021 and the experience has been mind-boggling. I've purchased close to $2,000 in clothing. They ship weeks, if not months later, or after tying up your payment, cancels on you for "item out of stock" but never refunds you. They sent me a wrong color on a $60 sweater and I retuned it in November. After 2 months of waiting for the refund, I called and was promised the refund. I still don't have it another 6 weeks after the call. I will spend the better part of a day cross checking what they charged me vs what I received. Repeat: THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU when you return an item or when they cancel on you for lack of stock after they have charged you for that item. When you call them to cancel an order because of how long they are taking, customer service lies to you and tells you it is in cue to ship, when it is not. Two scarves ordered in mid November 2021, shown as in stock- haven't received yet in February 2022. Ordered a Henley top on October 14,2021. They shipped it on February 4, 2022.Don't have it yet. I tried to call to cancel the top twice and they lied, saying it was in route. The quality is not there, especially for the price, and they have turned off customer reviews on their web site so that people can't leave reviews. They drag it out so long with you waiting for items to ship that it's too late to dispute on your credit card. I am considering filing a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General in Massachusetts against the company. I will no longer buy from them, and do not recommend getting involved. They are a dysfunctional mess and they steal your refunds due. On one phone call with customer service I had received a henley top and didn't like it. I had ordered it in four other colors and when I called to cancel the order for those four other colors in October, when the web site showed they would not be in stock until mid-December, the customer service rep told me that I could not cancel. I had to argue with her that it was October, and I could surely cancel on a mid-December backorder. Stay away. If they continue like this, they will surely go under. Something is very wrong with this company and their online ordering.
I ordered a silver bracelet from Cold Water Creek. It looked quite nice in the pictures in the catalog and the website. It was a very cheap piece of poor quality. I wrote to customer service and they thanked me for my interest in the product.
I submitted an order on line yesterday and requested overnight shipping (paid extra). Checked order status next day and saw order would not ship until 1 Feb which was past date I needed order as I was leaving town to visit daughter. I called to cancel order and was told I could not cancel, as order was already being being processed.
The only thing they'd do is change shipping address to my daughter's.
Credit card company was sympathetic and said once charge posted I could file a dispute…
So unhappy with CC and their business model. Won't order from them ever again!

I ordered a coat online and realized I wanted a petite small instead of a small. Emailed two different addresses right away. One response stated it was too late to change the order and another asked for more information in order to assist me. I provided them with an order number and a screenshot of the order and was told that the order did not go through and to reorder. I checked my credit card and I was being charged for the coat. I called several times and got the run-around. All I wanted was to have the charge removed. I was reassured that the charge would be removed. Well over a week the charge disappeared and I thought that was the end of it. Guess what arrived today? Yep, the coat and a charge for it on my card. I now have a small instead of a petite small and refuse to return it because customer service is totally messed up. Never doing business with this company again.
Back on 12/10/21, I ordered two sweaters. I returned one of the sweaters on 12/17/21 using the prepaid label. I called on 1/4/22, to check the return status. No info could be found. In fact the more I questioned, the more silent the customer service rep became. I was very calm throughout the call so there certainly was no need for her attitude. I was told that I had to wait about three weeks. Well, here it is 1/19 and still no return. I was told today that I should contact my local USPS to check on my package. I asked the rep if he thought the package would magically appear in some backroom! No reply. I also asked him what would happen if the package is never found. He said there would be no restitution. They couldn't help if a package is lost. From all the postings regarding the same issue as I've had, there certainly is a reoccurring theme. Wow.
Well, I had shopped the Coldwater Creek stores for years and always enjoyed their customer service. That's gone. Such a sorry end for a once fabulous women's clothing store.
The item was returned 11/25/21, following their stated process. I followed up 1/3/22 because I heard/saw nothing from CC. As of 12/26/21, they said they did not have return. I sent copy of proof of return and they instantly found it. On 1/3/22, CC cust service responded and said credit would happen in 5-10 business days. It is now 10th day and no credit. I sent email again (1/14/22) asking for credit. The email I received said "Please allow 7 to 10 business days to investigate and process the request." FYI, I called Cust Service and the rep was rude and not helpful. I will not be buying from CC again.
I went to checkout and a button appeared that said if I clicked on it I would receive 20% discount and free shipping all for allowing texts. I received neither. This button was a lie. I consulted the chat who told me to submit the order and I would receive my $30 refund after submitting the order. Another lie. The chat disappeared. I called customer service and they gave me a case number and said someone would call me within 48 hrs. Another lie. No one ever contacted me. Another lie. I called customer service again. They told me they could not give me my $30 because the item was not eligible for promotion and it had already shipped. They would not let me talk with a supervisor. They did not know the name of the president of the company. I wrote an email to customer service, no response. This has been the worst online customer service I have ever received. I will not do business with this company again. I suspect the old CC, which was probably a company with heart was purchased by a company solely after profit, and with no conscious and no heart.
Horrible company! I ordered a jogger top and bottom ($178.00) on December 19th, 2021. Every time I check the shipping status, it gets pushed back a week. Currently the site says it will ship on January 10th. I called customer service, to find out the items are backordered. My simple question "Why list clothes on your website as 'in stock' when they are NOT?" I asked customer service to cancel my order, she told me it can't be done. IT CAN'T BE CANCELLED! What a bull$#*! situation. If you order from this company you must be stupid. Yes, I was STUPID! NEVER again.
I placed a large order, returned most of it and was only refunded for a few pieces of clothing. I loved shopping at Coldwater Creek but will not shop there again.
(updated) I called Coldwater Creek again about my order. It took a while on the phone but the person I spoke to was very helpful and I did end up getting a refund for the return. Using my rating from 1 to 3 stars for this, because it took some time and effort on my part, but they did end up solving the problem.
Answer: Hiya Jane, Give their customer service a call, the number should be in your confirmation email (don't try to find it on their website). Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
Answer: Same here. Never received shipping notice with tracking info. After 5 attempts, spoke with a rep. No resolution!
