I ordered caps back on Nov 7 with a delivery date of Nov 12. Credit card was charged on Nov 7. They claimed to have UPS's on Nov 9. Crickets. Only a label created. I asked for my money back and they said UPS had to do a tracer. Today Nov 24 they turned them over to UPS. I needed caps before Nov 13. I've emailed their customer service about 6 times and they blamed on UPS not themselves. Don't do business with these liars.
I ordered two sweatshirts and decided to return both for different sizes. I did reorder and pay for the second set of sweatshirts. However, after following their return policy I still have not received credit for the shirts I returned. ( Its been 2 months). Come to find out the post office they require you to mail return items to was holding numerous return items. ClothingShopOnline was not paying the post office box fee and the packages were on hold until the company pays up. Looks like I'm out of my refund, and it is definite that they lost a customer. Stay away from this company. I would of rated them a 0 if that category was available.
The website was extremely user friendly. Their prices plus shipping was the lowest I found on line. Product got to my door step very quickly and my order was correct. I'll order from them every chance I get. Thank you Clothing Shop Online. Totally a five star class act!

Whenever I live chat with representatives, they've kept saying "please patiently wait another 3~5 business days"... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Informed that that wasn't my order was sent my correct info and it would be there within two days. Never received ended up saying address was incorrect for some reason. Was told my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. I honestly forgot about it for about a week and a half. So I emailed again, and another day later got a response saying they had just received the return that same day (10/26) and that my refund had already been processed. So now we are another week out from there and still nothing. Not even sure why I phone number is listed because all 3 times I've called I've never gotten an answer or call back. Horrible customer service, and at this point seems like theft. Hope this helps!
Had a Tracking # that said Shipment not found. No call when shipper couldn't locate my address. Got a response on Online Live Chat customer service. Took some days and calls to track order down, but product was fine was I finally got it.
First time shopper with clothingshoponline. I buy a couple hundred tshirts and hoodies every quarter from a different company. ClothingShop's discounts seemed a bit better so I ATTEMPTED to make a purchase. I spent hours adding over 140 items to my cart. Before I checkout, I created an account. Then, I clicked on my Cart to finalize/pay... well it zeroed out! Luckily I had my Cart open on a different browser. I clicked Cart icon (with "140" inside) and it refreshed to "0". I called Customer Service, a recorded message says to leave a message and they will return my call in 3 days. What?!?! I clicked on CHAT, the rep says if I want to keep items in my cart, please create an account. DUH! Then he said I should just call my order in. I responded and said I already tried calling but no one answered. And that was it. He left the chat. I definitely think I dodged an $850 bullet! Especially after reading the other reviews here. Don't waste your time trying to save a few bucks like I did! Their website has a glitch that drives customers away, and based on my experience with Customer Service, they could care less!
I've placed a couple of orders at clothing shop online and I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Good quality on the products that I've ordered. Also the turnaround on receiving my shipments have far exceed my expectations. I will continue to shop with clothing shop online.

I have tried calling and emailing regarding a shipment that never arrived. I got one response stating they would look into it and nothing else for weeks.
I'm giving Clothing Shop Online zero stars for customer service. They are terrible. They do not stand behind there clothing items. I received a very dirty Comfort Colors crew sweatshirt. I immediately emailed customer service. I tried washing it off with plain water. They were not answering calls and did not answer my email for 3 days. I did try and wash the item because my customer needed the shirt. The stains did not come out. Even though I contacted them with pictures within an hour of delivery they will not replace the item. Do not order from them.
Placed an order for a hoodie - excellent service = fast shipping and excellent quality.

And now it goes downhill - Requested authorization for return and refund. Got a standard response stating they received request and will follow up. Well after numerous emails and no authorization for a return, I priority mailed to posted address in Kansas. And now USPS says "no access to delivery location". Avoid this vendor - there are plenty of other excellent vendors.
I ordered several shirts - returned them because they were not the material I expected. I returned the items back after a week as it took them that long to respond to me. Then they only credited for 2 items instead of all 8 after several weeks they finally get back to me and they said they only received 2 items I called my post office the package was delivered intact. Contact the company again and they tell

After reading the negative reviews I was a little skeptical about purchasing anything. I ordered items as a guest and then proceeded to make an account, but when I went to locate the tracking information, it wasn't available. I called the customer service number but no one could take my call, because of COVID-19 I presume. So I emailed the company, but no one replied back to me. However, I did get my package in a timely manner and I hope to shop with this company more in the future.
I purchased some solid colored, zipper down sweatshirts at the end of August. They got here in a timely manner, however, they were shipped in just a flimsy cardboard box with no plastic wrap/bag on them, and my white sweatshirt ended up with a HUGE brown stain on the back of it, due to the box being wet at some point (I could tell because 1 corner was all soggy). Within minutes of receiving, opening, and noticing the condition of my purchase, I took a picture of it in the box and emailed it to this company asking for a refund on damaged item. Aug 27th is when I emailed them, and they FINALLY emailed me back on Sept 25th! Just to say, would you like to send it back to us? And once received and inspected we'll determine if a refund will be issued. I emailed back stating that I tries bleaching to remove the stain but that didn't work so now it's just a yard work sweatshirt which isn't why I bought it. Less than 24hrs they respond back with per our return policy we cannot refund washed garments. Seriously? It takes a month to reply to an issue, and when they realize they won't have to refund, their response is immediate. I suggest finding someone else to purchase from and avoid the horrendous customer service!
No response to repeated emails and calls for return authorization (which you must have, per their return policy). Conveniently puts me out of return window. Stuck with polos that run small. Must be a store "front" for scammers!
I ordered three items--2 t shirts and a hooded sweatshirt. They confirmed purchase quickly and sent an email saying order had shipped---but tracking number was "unfound". Despite this... one package came in 3 days... another in 4 days. They clearly just process orders and have stuff drop shipped. Quality was fine. The price was the lowest I found during my merchandise search. Can't speak to return policies etc... or customer service--as everything was OK. A piece of advice to the company--don't send tracking info that doesnt really exists--it makes customers paranoid--especially in light of bad reviews.
Bought 3 shirts, one had manufacturing defect. Notified them immediately. 32 days later they reply to tell me it has to be returned within 30 days.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I Ordered 2 XXL long sleeve shirts. I got three sweatshirts, all in the wrong size. Requested return. Waited two weeks for reply. Return granted. Had to pay $15 shipping for their screw up. They gave me a shipping label AFTER I mailed the darn package back. Then, I never got my refund after they received the go back. Resolved through Pay Pal thankfully, but I'm still out 15 bucks. They do not answer queries. You can't talk to a person.
I bought an order of tote bags from there. Initially I liked them and I got my order quickly. But I was working with one of the totes and noticed a horrible smell, IT WAS ANIMAL URINE! I held it up and there was a urine stain on the side of it and it smelt HORRIBLE! I smell the rest of my bags and they smelt of the urine too because of that one bag. Informed the company of it and that I was going to wash them to try and get the smell out. It didnt work and all the bags shrank significantly. I told the company of that and I got an email saying that I will get a refund when processed but I read that after starting a chat with DAVID! Who was zero help and cancelled my refund that I already got told I would get. He kept cramming policies down my throat instead of treating me like a person and customer. COMPLETE BULL$#*!!

Answer: Not true to size if you intend to launder your clothing. Made in El Salvador. Company will do absolutely NOTHING when there is an issue. Read online reviews before throwing your money away on the inferior quality garbage they sell and don't expect any sort of customer service from Clothing Shop online. Use another merchant!
