I never write reviews, but this place has me extremely heated because I've been waiting 6 WEEKS for them to return my money. I've contacted them multiple times and I keep getting the same run-around, Covid-19.
If you don't have any issues with them I suppose they might be okay, but if you have a problem don't expect it to be solved, especially where money is concerned.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else, anywhere else.
I dont recommend buying from this site. You can't ever get through to talk to anyone in customer service. I have been waiting to receive my refund from 3 shirts that I returned and MONTHS later still have not got my refund. I have emailed them numerous times and got one response but no follow through. Very dissatisfied.
Made about 3 small purchases and things were fine. Made a large purchase and my shirts get delivered to an unknown address. Went through the whole process of filing a complaint with UPS and UPS sent refund to clothing online and they claim they never received. You can't speak with a person only through email and they only respond with sorry we haven't received any refund. This has been going on since September. Please don't buy anything from them.
JUST DON'T DO IT. IT IS EXHAUSTING AND SUCH A SCAM. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS AND RELY ON THE COMPANY AS A VENDOR. I HAD 3 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TELL ME THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION ON WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER. A JOKE. NEVER AGAIN.
No money back for a return and no response to an email or phone call! They sent me 2 orders by accident I was honest contacted the company to let them know. Wow they sure got back to me quick and I sent the package back. I did a return and got no money back not even a phone call or email. Totally rude and dishonest company I'm surprised they are still in business!

Scrolled website for product of interest. Placed items in cart to review shipping charges, but did not place order. A week later, an order was placed for different products. TWO weeks later received a credit card charge for items placed in cart but not ordered or received. Company claims to understand mistake but will not issue credit. Disputed amount with credit card and advised them charge was fraudulent.
I PURCHASED QUITE A FEW SHIRTS FROM THIS COMPANY TO APPLY VINYL TO. WHEN APPLYING VINLY THEY NEED TO BE WASHED FIRST. SO I DONE THAT YESTERDAY ON A COLD WASH/RINSE CYCLE (PER THE TAG) WITH NOTHING BUT LAUNDRY DETERGENT. THEN DRIED THEM ON THE DELICATE CYCLE WHICH HAS A LOW HEAT SETTING (PER THE TAG). ALMOST EVERY SHIRT ENDED UP SHRINKING TO THE POINT THEY MIGHT FIT MY 125LB 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. BECAUSE I WASHED THEM THEY WON'T ACCEPT THEM BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE STILL PLAIN SHIRTS JUST LIKE I RECEIVED THEM. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN. PRIOR TO THIS ISSUE I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE QUALITY, FEEL, AND LOOK OF EVERY SHIRT I HAD PURCHASED. I'VE ATTACHED JUST A FEW PICTURES OF A FEW OF THE SHIRTS THAT SHRANK AS WELL AS MY DAUGHTER IN ONE OF THEM. AGAIN, THESE ARE "ADULT LARGES." CLEARLY NOT - SHE USUALLY WEARS A JUNIORS SMALL OR MEDIUM. THE PROOFS OF PURCHASE ARE ALSO JUST A FEW SNAPSHOTS OF ONE OF THE TWO ORDERS I HAD PLACED.
THINK BEFORE YOU BUY! September 28th began return process. Return sent to Olathe Kansas address given. US Post Office has trouble delivering because there is no one to accept.
After multiple (daily) attempts to reach out to ClothingShopOnline via email and telephone, on November 16th, I get an apology and notice that refund is being processed and will take 3-5 days. Well, where is it? Today is December 26th and nothing! DO NOT BUY from this company! Worst customer service - if you have a problem they will have SCAMMED you for sure.

Not sure why this site has such bad reviews. I Ordered 4 sweatshirts. They came in new condition and exactly what I ordered.
The item was great but the size chart they give is way off. I ordered a medium using the chart and it was way too big. Wanted an exchange but all I get is an automated email reply saying they will get back with me, which never happens. Walmart gave a me ticket to start return but it is so small you need a magnified glass to read it. Will see if Fed Ex can help get it sent back. CRAZY! All I want now is my money back cause if the small won't fit I will have to do this again.
I ordered three shirts from this company, they took my payment two days later. I have not received my shirts, thirteen days now. Emails are only responded to by robots, calls to customer service only allow me to leave a recorded message to which they claim to respond in three days. This also doesn't happen.
They sent me someone else's order (complete with other customer's invoice and contact info) instead f my own. When I contacted them to let them know what happened, I was told I would need to return the wrong item before I would be credited for what I ordered and if I still wanted what I had originally ordered, that I would have to REorder it. And since it was part of a bigger order that included shipping, I would not qualify for free shipping unless I ordered $60 worth of stuff- EVEN though this was not MY error. To add insult to injury, my credit card won't be credited until 3-5 business days AFTER they receive the other persons item that I'm support send back. I wonder what that customer got instead of what they ordered and what hoops they are making HER jump through? Just ridiculous. Oh- if it wasn't clear, I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered a hoodie and 1 t shirt i needed for an order. I havent recieved it by the time tbey said i would now i gotta go buy more from the store thanks alot! And they dont answer the phone and day they will call you back within 3 days
Absolute worse customer service I have had with a company. Waiting 1/2 hours even get through to chat because you can not get anyone on the phone. Ordered 7 towels had them shipped to me in 3 different shipments, 2 of which were 1 towel each. The last single towel was not the correct towel and when I finally get through to customer service I am told they no longer have these towels in stock. So I can only assume you just ship whatever when you run out because I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. So not only do I lose my order for my customer for the 7 towels ($56) I am told I will be refunded for the towel I did not get but not sure about refunding me the shipping. This company needs to find a customer service that cares for their customers.
We placed 2 orders on 12/1, contacted the company, and they replied stating there's a communication issue with our bank. We contacted our bank, and the bank state's there's no issue on their side and the funds have been paid to Clothing Shop Online. We contacted them again, telling them they were lying as our bank just informed us the funds were paid, and yet our orders still say processing. After back and forth nonsense, we cancelled our orders and will seek to spend our money elsewhere. We will definitely be contacting the BBB and State Attorneys office. This business is the worst, and Everytime we've ordered from them, it's always been some sort of an issue. It's literally like they pick and choose, when to give a damn. Smh
I returned a shirt which was ordered 2 sizes larger than I need, however the shirt was 2 sizes smaller! I returned the product in October (received a POD) but have yet to receive my refund. I sent several requests via email and using their contact form, plus called twice, however I have not received a single reply! It appears that taking returns and not reimbursing the customer is the established process with ClothingShopOnline. I will be pursuing the issue further.
Purchased several t-shirts from them early on in the year. I received them (size small) but the shirts were way too long for my torso, with the shirts being about 3 inches longer than other shirts of size small. I sent them back and emailed the team for a refund. One of the representatives, Jose, said he had received them and that he would check for the status of my refund, but over a month and a half have passed and I have not received a refund. The Clothing Shop Online team has also not responded to the multiple emails I had sent afterwards. Don't buy from them unless you want to run the risk of the shirts not fitting and then not getting your money back.
When you place order they give a great delivery date to entice the purchase, which I now find is a fabrication. I have questions about the order and on the 5th cell to a voice-mail response and no response to my emails (their alternate option) I realize no ones hone and now now wonder if I'll ever get my items.
I was skeptical after placing my order and reading such negative reviews on sites like this. I was actually kind of expecting to have to dispute my purchase with my credit card and felt naive for not checking reviews first. Anyhow, I spent about $60 on a fair amount of hanes t-shirts and sweatshirts. They definitely had the best prices and stock out there for what I needed. I was sent confirmations for my order, and all USPS shipping tracking numbers. The one interesting thing about the company, is that of my dozen or so items, they were shipped from four different locations in the US. All different states. That made me even more nervous but they did all arrive without issue. All my items arrived as expected, within one week of ordering, in new condition, with no damage! I'm not a big review writer, but I felt like I needed to share my positive experience.

Answer: Not true to size if you intend to launder your clothing. Made in El Salvador. Company will do absolutely NOTHING when there is an issue. Read online reviews before throwing your money away on the inferior quality garbage they sell and don't expect any sort of customer service from Clothing Shop online. Use another merchant!
