My experience was with clearly was great. Quality product
I've ordered several airs of glasses from Clearly before and been delighted with every aspect of the transaction. This time however, something got lost in translation. What I thought I ordered was frames with transition lens (long and close distance) and with the kind of glass that darkens in the sun - like all my previous orders). What I got was a frame fitted with a pair of transition lenses (long and close vision) BUT with permanently dark glass - which are only useful in full sun, and no good for indoor use. So unfortunately I can't use them unless I'm trying to read outside. I'm unsure of why or how this happened; it had never been a problem before with multiple orders I had made, so I'm at a loss as to how the mistake was made. I haven't complained because I'm not sure whose fault it was…. And I can't afford to return the glasses and repeat the order with corrected lens. Otherwise I am always so pleased with my dealings with Clearly - and recommend the company and service to anyone who enquires about my glasses.
Always arrives early and fast. I always order my contacts from here. Plus my son loves the little gummy bear treat that comes with the package.
This was a very good experience. Way better than a previous competitor. Very caring and prompt communication to make sure everything was correct with the prescription prior to making the eye wear. All fit great. Very pleased. Will highly recommend Clearly and will purchase from them again.
I've ordered from you guys a couple of times, and my last time I ordered, all four glasses we're just too big for my face. Even though that was my mistake I was so thankful that the company has a great return policy. This time I looked at every measurement and the glasses that I got were absolutely perfect. For someone who is self-employed and doesn't have insurance to cover eyewear, clearly contact is saving grace for me.
I'm very pleased with my order. My eye contacts came very fast, in a good package + they put haribo gummies in my parcel, which is so cute. Thank you for your professionalism!
We received our order of contact lenses fairly quickly. However, it was delivered by FedEx in a damaged state, the box was crushed and very wet. In addition, the delivery person did not leave a note explaining the issue, nor did he ring the bell to alert us of any problem. Ultimately we did not seek a refund, since the contact lenses themselves were intact in the plastic packaging.

Wonderful contacts, better than the contacts I received from the eye doctor. Easier to put in and take out and overall more comfortable! Very satisfied
I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived. Everything was correct, the prices were good, and the addition of the packet of gummy bears was a nice touch. I'll definitely be ordering again from Clearly.
This is the first time this has happened, but I've now had four packs of contacts where the lense was folded inside the pack and came out with a bend in it. It cannot be worn after this, because the crease causes irritation and does not go away even after being soaked uncreased in the lense case.

Amazing product and fast shipping. I only deducted 1 star due to the fact that the last couple shipments, when I lived in BC, weren't being delivered to me. Maybe because they changed their carriers but those idiots couldn't get into my apartment building when the ones before them had no problem with the delivery. This is not Clearly's fault whatsoever tho, since I've moved to ON they have been amazing. Customer service is fast and great as well.

The glasses I received did not work for me. Returning was simple and easy. The lady I spoke too was friendly and knowledgeable. I will find a better fit for me and order again

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
