All's well that ends well

Although there was a slight mix-up with the delivery address, the glasses arrived on time and at the correct location. Customer service was also quick to respond, even though the actual correction was made by Canada Post (who handled the delivery). Glasses were usable right from the box; further adjustments were also helpful for one of the frames.

Terrible contacts

I received my contacts very quickly so I was impressed. I'm used to wearing the acuve, but I usually buy them from my optomistrists office but they were a better price so I bought them here. My sister is an optician so she helped me buy. They were terrible. They burned when I put them in and I had to rinse with contact solution. I'm used to wearing them hours in the day but I had to take them out after about 4- 5 hours because they were extremely dry! Even when I was wearing them I could feel them on my eyes, I could feel them moving around. And of course there are no refunds. What a waste of money.

Contact lenses are not a one-size-fits-all product - they are made with various different materials and come in different sets of parameters which are not always suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting your eye care professional before trying out a new product. They will measure the diameter and base curve of your eye and may give you trial lenses based on your contact lens fitting, medical history, and eye exam. Clearly the right choice.

I looked at a few different options in addition to Clearly.

Clearly was the best combination of price, style and service.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment was seamless from booking it to the day of service.

The range of eyewear styles are fashionable and the prices are affordable.

They take covid protocol seriously but in a respectful and welcoming way.

So glad someone recommended them to me.

Smaller in size

The glasses fit, but they are smaller than I though or viewed in the demo app in the website... maybe being more clear about actual sizes will be beneficial..

1st Time Buyer

I sent in my order online, and discovered that the pupiliary distance was incorrect. I spoke with an agent, and he assured me that the changes would be made as per our conversation. My daughter is quite happy with her new glasses.

I'm glad I took a chance with clearly

I have terrible eyesight. I've been wearing glasses since grade 2 and I'm in my late 20's. I have many eye issues and have been buying glasses from the same place for years. So many of my friend have been ordering online and raving about the pricing so with being a mother of 2 and pregnant with my third, I really couldn't afford to spend the $800-$1000 I usually do and I desperately needed a new pair. The pair I've had for 6 years were so scratched that when I received my order of 2 new glasses from clearly, I cried. The moment I put them on my face and looked at my kids and could properly see their features in fine detail, it was like getting glasses for the first time again. I saved so much money and I have my vision back again. I'll never ever order from another place ever again. Thank you for this service with all my heart!

Wrong prescription ordered, My fault

I received my contacts but by the time they arrived I had gone away for a month. Now that I am back I realize that I ordered the wrong strength. I have only used 1 Set out of them. I am wondering if I can return them and get the correct prescription?
