I walked into the Toronto store without an appointment but the staff quickly made an appointment for me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for
I ordered glasses for my husband and they showed up with no prescription in the lenses.
I contacted customer service and after providing his original prescription they confirmed everything was entered correctly. Then proceeded to tell me it was impossible that there was no prescription in the lenses as the receipt stated there was. We were replacing a pair of glasses that broke with the same prescription and you can tell the difference the ones from clearly have nothing in them.
But obviously I was lying, and they told me I could drive 2 hours to Toronto and have them examined to see if they contain a prescription.
They are giving me a refund but minus the express shipping I paid to get the glasses quickly.
Definitely wouldn't recommend all they had to do was replace them for me and pay for shipping instead making me feel like I was crazy or lying

Love them, they are perfect! My sunglasses arrived quick. The lenses are not heavy or thick, perfect amount to pay for a perfect pair of shades!
Quick and easy to use website, good communication about my order status throughout process and safe delivery of fragile product
I was initially very happy when my sunglasses arrived. I had never had progressive sunglasses before and my vison was great. The glasses seemed a bit light and flimsy when I received them but I only use them for driving and thought it was just a light weight frame not realizing it was of dollar store quality. Recently they were damaged beyond repair after a minor incident. I have had them for just over 2 months and after repeated contact, Cleary will not stand behind the poor quality of the frame. I have since filed a claim with my credit card. I have ordered from other online eyewear providers that had much better customer service and a focus on a quality product. If you are going to take a chance and order online, DON'T do it with Clearly. Many other better options out there. I even offered to keep teh lenses and have teh frames replaced and they would not. Help. BEWARE

Everyone there was super professional and helpful and kind from beginning to end. The process was so easy! I found out about this program just in time as my daughter is turning 11 soon. I had just purchased glasses for her 6 mths before and she already needed a new prescription. I'm very thankful for this opportunity and appreciate Clearly Glasses' generosity and this program!
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
