Have ordered MANY pairs of glasses from Clearly. This last order was perfect again. Great fit-color was what I wanted. Fast service as usual. Can't wait to visit their store in Calgary.
I am pleased with my purchase and happy that buying glasses online, without actually trying them, actually worked out very well. The glasses arrived after aprox 2 weeks from the order. They are nicer than in the picture, very light frame. It did take me some some to get used to the new prescription, but otherwise they are perfect. I saved a great deal in the frame and lenses and I very satisfied with the product.
The sunglasses were chosen honestly for price since I misplaced my last more expensive ones... I love these more! Very comfortable just wish I got the brown lenses that are my usual go-to but these are so nice to wear! Never disappointed with my orders
I ordered a set of Davies for each eye, however, 3 weeks after it said it had shipped (through FedEx) I still hadn't received them. Had to chase up where they were (Fed Ex was impossible couldn't get to a person) got in contact with Clearly they said they would get back to me ( but they gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience). It took 2 days. They said they would resend the contacts. Personally I think someone at FedEx stole them or at the very least lost them. They eventually arrived about 7 business days later.
The up side is I love the contacts.
Caveat: this all occurred starting at the beginning of December during the pandemic
Been ordering from ClearlyContacts now Clearly for over twenty years. Always perfect at less then half the price of local.
I received my order and liked the glasses however the frames did not fit flush on my nose bridge. I contacted Clearly by phone, they were very accamodating and they gave me instructions on how to return the glasses for refund which I did and I received the refund promptly. I will order replacements however I had placed this order on your Black Friday special and I'm now waiting for news of discounted specials as I am a senior on a pension I can't pay full price.

The glasses came quickly but they are not comfortable.
The pair arrived on time, as good as expected, enjoy wearing it every day! Will keep shopping at Clearly for sure as long as they keep up their good work!
The experience was relatively easy, but I found the try on option a bit cumbersome. Pricing and results were good though. Delivery time is good. The only downside is that if glasses do not fit properly, you have to find someone to adjust them for you if you are not near a Clearly Outlet.

Glasses fit great however progressive feature does not appear to be as good as my last pair

The frame fit it nicely, and the glasses was just the right one as prescribed.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
