Got exactly what i expected, came faster than it said it would
I've ordered a bunch of times from them and if there is an issue with any of the items it is always pretty simple to get it fixed.
They arrived fast. Only complaint was delivery driver threw box on my step. Was not placed in mailbox. Did not knock or ring doorbell. Was lucky that we didn't step on them when leaving the house.

Easy to order, glasses arrived quickly and were as expected.
I had a great experience, I mistakenly put in the wrong number in the prescription. I called customer service, they adjusted the order. My wife received her new glasses, she put them on and never looked back at her then current glasses that she only had for 3 months. She loves the style of the clearly glasses.

I ordered contact lenses for my husband and I, and they came so much faster than expected, especially with Covid postal delays and Christmas coming. I wasn't super happy with my less expensive trial lenses, but that isn't Clearly's fault. Will go back to my old brand on the next order. Thanks for the quick and reliable service!
Glasses are good for the price but they don't fit well, do miss the personal sizing that I normally get in store

I recently purchased a pair of eye glasses from the Chinook Center Clearly store. The customer service was very good. The person that helped us was friendly, and offered suggestions without being intrusive. A few weeks later I received my glasses in the mail and encountered a similar problem to the glasses I returned earlier to Bailey Nelson. The distortion in the lens makes the glasses nearly unusable. Unless I look straight out the center of the lens there is significant distortion. As I write this the top and bottom of my monitor are bowing out. The distortion also affects depth perception. The glasses I purchased at Bailey Nelson were much worse. Unusable, and even dangerous. This is a direct result of the lens quality. Up until this point I have always purchased Nikon lens for my glasses. They are more expensive but I have never encountered any problems with distortion. You get what you pay for. $150 for clearly eye glasses with their highest quality lens including frames. $600 for Nikon lens plus whatever you pay for frames. I was told by an employee of clearly (not the same one that helped me pick out my glasses) that they use Essilor to produce the lens. This is the same company that lens crafters and other big name eye glass company's use for their lens. If you have had good results from one of those stores, I would recommend Clearly. For reference my script is -3.25 in both eyes.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
