The service is fast and efficient for sure. The pricing was also great. However the glasses did not look like what they had on the website. Measurements were also off. But wearable.

I am very impressed with the quality & speedy delivery of the contact lenses.

I could not be happier with the lenses and frames I bought. I was not expecting the virtual try on to actually work as well as it did and my glasses look perfect on my face in person as well. I won't be returning to my optometrist in the future for lenses as the experience and price could not be beat.
I ordered contacts the last week of November. I paid for quicker delivery.
My order was supposed to be delivered in early December. When my estimated delivery date had passed with no shipment notification or other communication, I reached out to customer service. They told me there had been delays from the supplier but they should be shipped out on the following Tuesday and that I would receive communication from support. Another week and a half went by with no communication so I reached out again. This time customer service again communicated there were delays from the manufacturer but should again ship out by Tuesday. Eventually I received the contacts I ordered - a month after I'd placed my order.
There was no indication when I ordered that there were potential supplier delays.
There was no communication from clearly that my order was delayed except when I reached out directly looking for updates.
I find all of that very frustrating and inconsiderate

Experience was good although I had made 2 appointments and both were cancelled the day of. Actually on my way to appointment. Very much had confidence in the doctor who I ended up visiting. Staff were excellent helping me with the choice of my glasses.

I ordered two pairs of glasses, and upon arrival they looked great. I wore them over the span of one week just in the evenings when I would get home from work, and they were already falling apart. The lenses have slightly popped out of the frame, and the arms on the glasses completely loosened even after I tighten the screws they continue to be flimsy. This causes them to fall off of my head often, especially when looking down. They look great, but cheap cheap cheap. I guess you got what you pay for. But for a $100 order I expected better.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
