The only thing I'd ask for is longer arm length choices
I bought these glasses during the 40% off lens upgrade sale. This is my second time buying from clearly and the additional cost of upgrade (upgraded to the highest one with blue light protection) is totally worth it. The lens are super thin and look great. The frames like last time came fitting poorly to me. The ear piece needs to be adjusted to my head like all new glasses and I just haven't gotten the nerve to go to a store to get them fixed so for more I just try not to look down otherwise the glasses slide off. But the glasses came as advertised (the ear piece problem is a given and just needs to go in store to adjust) and I am happy with my purchase.
Frames are exactly as described. Great price and great quality. 100% would recommend.
Very quick service! Great quality glasses. Will buy from Clearly.ca again! The problem is I only have 4 eyes and how many pair does a girl need?
Glasses came very quick. One pair the prescription just does not seem quite right. Another pair the frame broke after only wearing them about three times. The third pair I bought seem good so far!
My order was screwed up, then my frames took forever to arrive and they're way too wide and stretched out for my face and one frame is scratched!
My experience with Clearly is exceptional. I've switched to a different brand of contact lenses though and I'm not truly enamoured with them. I feel the power isn't adequate compared to my previous lenses--same power, different brand. Any thoughts?
I put my glasses on, when I move my eyes to the side the lenses becomes blurry. When I'm reading a book the centre of the page is clear while the sides of the page are blurry.
Got what I ordered. Got here quickly. I've used Clearly before and have had no problems.

Only issue is that no case was provided when ordering a set of glasses that cost hundreds of dollars. I found that disappointing.
The sunglasses I ordered were slightly tilted at an angle. They were not straight when you put them on the table.

My order was a bit delayed, probably because I have such a high prescription, but I kept getting updates as to the status of my request and when it was shipped out. Glad I got my order before Christmas.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
