I love my new glasses I received from Clearly. I can see very well with them and they are nice and light.
The was a mix up in my order, they fixed it with no issue received my glasses quickly and have been recommending this to all my colleagues
Be careful. They show a box of of Air Optix for Astigmatism plus Hydraglide, but its actually just the Air Optics for Astigmatism. I waited a week for these, now I have to return them, wait a week for my refund, then reorder the correct ones. Due to covid, money is tight, so I have to wait for my refund before I can order what I expected to get from another seller. As you can clearly see, they use the same box that says Air Optics for Astigmatism PLUS Hydraglide in two different places with two different descriptions. Sounds like false advertising to me. All they said at Clearly is that I should read the description and not to pay attention to the box on display.
I usually buy from Contact Lens King, but I thought I would use a Canadian company this time. Too bad this Canadian company gives Canadian companies a bad name.

Clearly glasses are great, I have worn glasses all my life and the prices and quality are amazing with clearly. They have options for every budget and many styles. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend to others and be purchasing again. I love that clearly has coupon codes to help offset the price as well!

I was somewhat apprehensive to try ordering glasses online without physically trying them on even though the price seemed too good. The virtual try on view was good at giving a good idea of the look but of course not the feel. I found the frames I liked and selected the lenses to my prescription. The glasses arrived in good time and the frames were extremely comfortable on my face BUT the prescription was off by a lot. Turns out "I" made a mistake in giving the numbers correctly. I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful. Together we entered the right prescription, they sent me a return mailing slip, I packed and returned the old glasses and received my new ones. They work amazingly and I am very happy with my new glasses. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
Had to return my glasses due to the wrong prescription, I made a mistake because my left eye changed from -7.00 to +. 5 after surgery. Clearly Contacts made the return and process easy painless, and trustful. I couldn't be happier with the product as I questioned the quality of a more affordable frame.

There is a mark on my lens but it's not noticeable when wearing them. Other then that my glasses were perfect and they fit just right.

My order took a very long time and I'm not overly happy with the glasses. They look awful on me and are so thin and cheap. They are so small they look more like children's glasses. We've had a good run clearly contacts, but I think this will be my last order.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
