With my last order and after some rigorous negotiations I was able to get some replacement contacts that were finally the right size and prescription. They did not replace the entire order just one box. It was only the right eye I had a problem with. Now I am into my replacements and again I am having problems with the right eye. This happened some time before the last problem I dealt with. The right lens is too thick and now they are ripping one after another. Just the right eye for some reason. The left is fine. It is not me it is the lens. I will admit that I am worn out with Clearly. I don't know why there are so many problems. I have been ordering from them for years and it is only in the last couple of years that I have had issues. I am more than ticked off with this company. Tonight I ripped my 3rd lens in a week. They sort of sent me a message asking for details but I have never heard back. Look guys I recommend go to your old fashioned eye doctor and order there. Dealing with Clearly is damn hard work and for me it is just not worth it.

Make sure to have your old glasses, prescription and p. D. handy for best online fit of glasses. So many choices! I am very happy with my glasses. They arrived as ordered and delivery was super quick.
I ordered and received my lenses and the order was filled as per my prescription. However, I am very unhappy with my vision. I can only assume that I need to go back to my eye Dr and have my eyes tested again because I cannot deal with this for another 5 months. Problem is that I am probably going to have to pay another bunch of money for new lenses and the 5 months worth that I have will go to waste.
My glasses look amazing, price was great, insurance billing after was no issue, and they were delivered early!

Ordered 2 frames. They came promptly — within a couple of days. They didn't fit properly (my fault because I didn't take the time to measure) so I requested a return. Free return and they refunded my money within 2 days! Incredible customer service and I will be ordering again and this time I will take the time to properly fit them.

My glasses are amazing, I ordered 2 pairs because I realized I didn't have to pay top dollar for stylish glasses that didn't break the bank! Absolutely would 100% recommend Clearly to anyone looking to purchase glasses or contacts! And the fact that they donate a pair to someone in need only sweetens the deal!
The website was easy to use but the glasses are not a good fit.
The lenses are too small for my face and the glasses themselves will not stay on.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
