Great customer service. Was able to easily navigate through the site. I like how you can virtually try on the glasses. I really like how there's a lot of options to choose from as well!
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses (1 sunglasses and 2 prescription glasses). I ended up keeping the sunglasses but refunding the 2 pairs of glasses. The 2 pairs of glasses were a bit of a disappointed. Both pairs did not look like the website photos (the colors were completely different).

Received a set of glasses. Didn't work out as they didn't fit my face without affecting my vision. Contacted customer service through chat and got a chance to speak with Rona. She spent a ton of time walking me through the problem and even figured out a solution and emailed me follow up. Ultimately, I opted to return and select a new set of glasses and connected through chat again - just so happened I got Rona again. She literally spent a couple of hours on the chat exclusively with me selecting frames where I would not have any issue as I did with the problem frames, then offered me price matching as well. Thank you!
I only go to Clearly now. Glasses are a fraction of what they cost elsewhere and there are many stylish options. I found that the app is pretty decent for giving you an idea of how you would look in a particular pair of frames, but it is highly unflattering. I don't know what it does, but it seems to enhance all my skin tone and face shape flaws. With that being said, if the glasses look good in the try on app, they probably will look AWESOME in real life. I usually find the frames I like best online and then visit in person to get a better idea. Always happy, never disappointed with my glasses from Clearly.

So ive ordered multiple times from you and there is always issues and delays that are never communicated unless you call in and even then your never told the right information by the people you speak one always blaming the last rep for incorrect information. This time it was quick but my glass dont fit even with the same specs as my last pair they fall off my face constantly. Ive taken them to be adjusted which i was told in store they were bent! This time they came quick but again an issue that im going to just go and spend more at the store because at least then i know ill get it on time and they will fit right! I gave this a 1 star review not 5 star as they are displaying fyi

My glasses fits perfectly just as pics showed them. I could track my order. Less than a week I had receive my glasses. No hassle whatsoever.
The product is great and delivery was fast. I would definitely buy again.
I like the glasses... not quite the colour as the ones on website but I know things aren't always 100% like what is displayed digitally. Glasses are a bit big on bridge of nose, despite me taking measurements... they're also very rigid. Might try a different model to give this experience a second try!

I ordered 4 boxes of contact lenses, which is a very expensive order for me. However, I felt comfortable with their return policy. The first contact I used burned my eye to the point where I needed to had to use ophthalmic drops. I have had to wear glasses every day since.
I would like to return the 3 unopened boxes, and if possible the 4th box as well with one lens missing.
They are asking for my "medical documents" before they send me a return label, even for the 3 unopened boxes.
I suppose I understand not accepting the opened box, although I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years and it would have been a lovely good faith gesture on their part. But ok, I get it.
However refusing to send me a return label for the 150.00 worth of unopened lenses until I send them medical documents is unreasonable to me.
I ordered these lenses one week ago; I am well within their timeframe for returns and the 3 boxes are unopened and untouched.
I would never ever have placed such a large order if it had been a final sale.

Awesome glasses! Durable as ive dropped them a few times and they were fine. The frame bends pretty easily though like the arms and nose piece etc but dont seem like they will break just bendy. They get fingerprints super easy cuz of the large lens but for what you pay its worth it! I love them so much super chic and comfortable they were delivered super fast!
Purchased contacts online, deliver time was quicker than expected.
Problem is I ordered the wrong ones, my mistake, ordered box of 90 (3 boxes of 30) for each eye. Didn't realize it until I put the first contacts in. Called Clearly and explained the situation. They said no exchange on open boxes even though 4 of the boxes are unopened and they do sell contacts in orders of 30 Said they will give 15% off reorder, that's what I got on the original order. Their exchange policy is crap

The glasses were great. One of them has a much longer frame, but since its past 14 days I cant return.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
