The lenses are pretty gud and specially the layer which makes it easier to clean but the frame become losses within first week of use so that it doesn't even stay on my nose and keeps on falling by itself. Moreover the frame is such that the eye lashes keep on touching the lenses making u to clean them frequently... I m giving 3 stars coz I m 100% satisfies with the quality of the lenses but the frame is very bad.
For simple readers, the frame and lenses were great quality for only 20-30 bucks more than cheap bulk buy readers that never really satisfy.

Order. I had to return my first pair due to my error with my prescription. Easy to return and my new ones with correct prescription came very quickly. Glasses fit perfect. Great price.

My first order arrived with incorrect lenses (100% my fault). I live chatted online with a rep at Clearly and he fixed the prescription right there, filled a new order for me, and walked me through the return process. I had new glasses and a full refund within two weeks. Exceptional!
I cannot say enough about how awesome Clearly is with prescription glasses. I have been using them since 2009 and have not had a bad pair yet. The price is incredible and the service is great. You order a pair and they will be in your hands in about a week.

The quality of clearly glasses has plummeted in the last year. I am surprised as I have always had quality products even for the low price point I order. Not anymore, they are terrible and I have had 2 pairs break within a week. They are basically garbage.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
