I recently moved from a house to a condo. In my most recent order the packaging was much larger. Instantly I was glad I used my old address so I did to pick it up and the post office. No issues with yhe contacts though- very happy with my product

I am delighted with the glasses I ordered! The lens of the glasses are very good quality and are very true to my reading glasses prescription. The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was efficient and faster than I expected. The frames are excellent quality and look great. Having the ability to "try on" the glasses prior to purchase was easy and fun to do. I have recommended Clearly to my family and I would not hesitate to order glasses from Clearly again.

I had never used Clearly before because I was skeptical it would be that easy to order contacts. In reality I can't believe I slept on it this long - I grabbed my contact box and filled in the information and the package literally arrived two days later, which is crazy because I live in a rural area and NOTHING (not even Amazon) comes that fast. The process was super easy and fast, and the quality is the exact same as when I order my contacts through my eye doctor. I'm only giving four stars because it was more expensive to order them from Clearly (my eye doctor wasn't returning my phone calls so I was sort of desperate) than it was from the eye doctor.

Best place to get your eye care in Canada during covid! They gave me gummie bears and an extra pack of contact lens case, so nice! Will be always be ordering my eye care from here :)
I broke my glasses and was worried about replacing them due to the cost. I soon realized they were actually cheaper in price than my first purchase and they shipped right away. Thanks so much Clearly.
The fit is great. I have these in normal glasses as well as sunglasses. I am so happy with them and love this style. It is hard for me to find proper fitting glasses because I have chubby cheeks and when I smile my glasses tend to go up, but that doesn't happen with these glasses which is why I like them soo much.
Received my order within a couple of days. If I went to an optometrist I would of been waiting a month.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
