Ordering the contacts was quick and easy. It was especially helpful during this time during COVID when getting out to order my contacts was not an option. The price was also very good. I will definitely be ordering future contacts from Clearly.ca.
I got my glasses, really don't want to give a review, but the emails are getting annoying
The contacts arrived very quickly and was packaged very nicely! I somehow also got a tiny pack of gummy bears inside the box.
The site was very easy to use, the glasses arrived quickly, I just wish the arms of the glasses could be adjusted because they slide down my down all the time

When it comes to getting your glasses adjusted, we recommend visiting a local optical shop where they can safely and quickly adjust your glasses for you. (Just be sure to give them a call first to confirm if they're able to adjust your Clearly glasses.) Glasses came alot earlier then expected, my other ones were falling apart so I needed a pair quickly. Not only did they come quickly but they look and feel amazing, and were probably my cheapest option! Thank you Clearly!

Easy user friendly website. Contacts came on time with correct prescription. I have a double astigmatism and wanted to try coloured contacts. Although airoptix isn't specific for astigmatism, the soft lenses make them comfortable to wear. There is not astigmatism correction which is noticeable only after sunset.

Ordered glasses from clearly for my first time. Lenses came with scratches so I sent them back to be replaced. When I received my replacement glasses they came in a soft shell sun glass case? I emailed customer service because originally my glasses came in a hard shell case specific to eye glasses and I will not be able to put them in my back pack in a soft shell. They put a $15 credit on my account which is not helpful at all because I can't buy a hard case off their site … I will not purchase from clearly again, nor will I recommend them to friends or family because of this. They messed up my lenses and then won't send me the proper case for my eye glasses.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
