Loved the experience purchasing contacts. My order was processed faster than expected and was delivered before the promised date. I will definitely be ordering again - loved the touch of having a little haribo treat in the delivery package.
Great value for the contacts, worked amazing for first time user, now I am going to order multi focal ones and see if they are just as amazing.
The tip of one temple was 7 mm higher than the other. I think the frame was crooked in the bridge. My prescription is -12, so the edges of the lenses turned out very thick. I was ok with that, but they were also not polished and therefore too noticeable. For comparison, Zenni polishes the edges, which makes the sides of the lenses transparent and much less noticeable. The lenses were too big and heavy (index 1.74). There were no good reasonable priced frames that would house smaller lenses on the website. The cheapest small-lens frames were $200. In the end, I returned the glasses and lost the $20 store credit that I got for having an eye exam at the Clearly's physical store in Vancouver. The staff at the store was helpful and honest and not pushy.
No complaints. Delivered quickly and as expected. Would have preferred to buy smaller boxes but that was due to the brand discontinuing the smaller package sizes.
My glasses fit, with very minor adjustments. Previous experience ordering glasses online with another company didn't work out.

Purolator was not an option to ship to Regina only Fedex for expedited option. I paid extra but pretty sure Purolator would have shipped faster.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
