Love that I can just go online and order my contacts when I run out. It's even better that clearly will send me an email close to the time I'm about to run out, reminding me that I need more. On their end they ship them out expediently.
I didn't realize you had to return items with 14 days. I was hoping to take the glasses in to my optometrist to see if the prescription was correct as the made me dizzy, everything was so blurry. However, I couldn't get in to see him in time and now it's too late to return them. Good thing they weren't TOO much money but still, $100 odd dollars down the drain. I was happy with everything else.
First time buying glasses online but won't be the last. Huge selection and price that can't be beat. Received my order in no time after checkout.

This is my third time buying these contact lenses. I am very satisfied, and will continue to order this brand.
A shipment to my home was mis-placed. It was immediately replaced at no charge. I the future I will state "postal only" in the shipping instructions, in order to avoid a costly bad choice of "shipping upgrade".
Ordered contacts and was emailed that they were awaiting product and it would ship in a week, received a shipping notification next day and then product arrived a day later. I always order a month or two before I run out just in case but was pleasantly surprised at how quick it came, well packaged and undamaged. Prices are the best even beats Costco by a long shot.
Glasses arrived a week before original ETA and came with a very nice glasses case (which was not included with previous purchases so this was a nice perk). Loving the frames!
Online customer service was fantastic, came in a timely fashion, thank you. The sunglasses seem to be a bit smaller I though they would be but that could be my error.

It sounds like your glasses could use an adjustment to help them fit you more perfectly. We recommend taking your glasses to a local optical shop where they can safely and quickly adjust them. Ordered prescription sunglasses after getting a prescription from my optometrist. They took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did, the left lens was defective. I could see better without them on! I called Clearly Canada and sent them a copy of my prescription, my PD distance as measured by the optometrist and they asked for a selfie of me wearing the glasses. I provided all three and had a reply the next day asking for another selfie but with different parameters and I shot another one. The next day received another reply asking for another selfie with more parameters. This happened three more times. I'll be going in to a Clearly store here in town and hopefully find someone that cares about their job. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, SAME YOURSELF THE GRIEF.

Prescription is bang on, fit perfectly. I've received lots of compliments. Less headaches working on a screen all day. My previous prescription glasses did not have blue light blocking but these do and it's amazing.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
