The booking process was easy and straightforward. The bids were competitive. The courier who took my order was communicative and professional. All around a good experience. The online platform allows for bids to be compatible while assuring that drivers and companies are reputable and safe. Reviews are available and background check information as well. The site has additional articles and such for people who maybe are booking services for the first time and don't know standards, etc. it makes a pretty intimidating process feel approachable and personal. I didn't experience any problems but I'm sure they would have been handled well.

I used CitizenShipper to get several quotes to transport my pets from Texas to Oregon. It was really easy to review each of the quotes, and I was able to look at reviews for each shipper right on the website. I narrowed down to a few options based on these reviews and the cost estimates, then chatted with each of the final options until I found someone that felt like a good fit for us. The shipper we worked with was fantastic. Very responsive, excellent planning, and she handled all three dogs, the cat and the bearded dragon and got them safely to the destination ahead of schedule.

They seemed to work hard to acquire a delivery driver for me. It was over an 800 mile delivery and my delivery arrived in just over 24 hours. I had a motorcycle delivered and I don't know how any other transport service could've done any better.

I think in my opinion the cost to use your service is too high. I have no complaints about the driver he was awesome. But too pay that much to post on your site is a bit much.

Citizen shipper was a great platform for me because it connected me to a bunch of different service providers and allowed me to do my research on which one to pick. Without the help of citizen shipper i would have been very stressed out in finding a way to transport my pet. I really appreciate that citizen shipper was easy to use and the fee was affordable. Gave my "transporter" 4 stars because he worked hard to make this happen, but equipment limitations did not allow it. However, Citizenshipper right away gave me a credit for the money I had paid and now I will re-list my shipment. Hopefully it works out this time.

Wow! I had an EXCELLENT experience off Citizenshipper.com. I booked Doug through the website and he is a fantatic carrier and a great guy. He came in on a bid very reasonable. He wasn't the lowest, but not the most expensive either. When I read his reviews I knew I found my carrier. I contacted him through the Citizenshipper web site, got his details and booked him. He showed up at my sellers location when he said he would and communicated with the seller without really even having to have me act as a go between. Doug then took extra steps to insure my new motorcycle was safe and sound before he hit the road and got everything that needed to come with the bike. He even ended up upgrading me to enclosed shipping at no extra charge. Once on the road Doug updated me at the beginning and end of everyday with his location and ETA. Before booking I halfway expected the motorcycle to maybe be delievered the first part of the following week. NO! Doug ended up delivering Thursday morning! Well, Well exceeding any and all of my expectations by like 5 days. He dove with God's speed. I can not recommend Doug enough for all of your shipping needs. You will absolutely NOT regret it. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any shipping and I have shipped things a couple of times with other carriers. How Doug handles things reminds me of how things use to be with honesty, courtesy, respect and timeliness. A good business man who cares for what he does and his clients.
