After conducting extensive research on transporting our dog to his new home, I landed upon CitizenShipper. Thank goodness for this site! Getting matched up with professional drivers and pet transportation services was very easy. I quickly found our excellent driver Dennis and Kane Pet Shippers through the site. Dennis kept in close contact with us throughout our furbaby's ride and took great care of him. I would definitely use CitizenShipper again!
As a German Shepherd breeder, I found Citizen Shipper to be a convenient and timely service for arranging pet delivery.

The people on the service are great and it is easy to make a new shipment. The website doesn't flow great and the fee for using it isn't very up front but I used the service and it worked as expected. Well worth the time and seeing all of the reviews quickly made it easy to use in that regard.

I sought out Citizen Shipper to get our cat from SD to UT. Within a day, I had multiple bids & was able to get our guy delivered within a week! Our driver was prompt, kind & had well kept delivering vehicle. Would definitely use again!

CitizenShipper will upload details that you have about your pet and driving distances, and drivers can then respond and let you know how much they charge and what other services they offer. I found it very easy to navigate as drivers will initiate the first conversation and you can compare prices. It also provides some screening and vetting process as you can look at the driver's profile and ensure that they have good ratings and a small cancellation rate. My driver was excellent and my dog was shipped via car from the west coast to the east coast safely. I am very happy with CitizenShipper (they also gave me a refund when the first driver cancelled on us!) and would not hesitate to use it again. That being said, your experience will only be as good as your driver so make sure you talk to the driver first through the app!

Moving is stressful enough. Moving from Iowa back to NC with fully packed cars, we wondered how we would get our cats moved. Our driver through CitizenShipper was timely and kept us posted throughout her travels with our cats. They arrived on time and happy!

Oving Touch pet shipper were great, kept me up to date a lot, took pictures along the way. Noel was very sweet and kind. I could tell she was an animal lover. Not just in it for the money. Her price was great.

Helene was amazing. She took excellent care of my dog. She drove him from Springdale Arkansas to San Diego. She went above and beyond for my fur baby Nicoli.
CitizenShipper allowed us to connect with an absolutely fantastic driver to transport our dog cross-country. Even with an older dog that doesn't necessarily travel well, she arrived in a timely manner with lots of communication throughout the voyage.
We were needing to have a dog transported from Florida to Colorado and quickly. We researched different options and came across citizen shipper. We were a little hesitant at first as we have never done anything like this before but after reading all the reviews we gave it a try. We had a great driver and great experience all around. My pet transporter told me every step that would happen which assured me of my worries since it was my first time using citizen shipper. I even recieved pictures and texts during stops on transport of my 2 puppies. I had an excellent experience and am ready to do it again.
I liked Daniel at first sight, and that means a lot to me when transporting my pets! He seems kind and genuinely caring about my kitten. He did an outstanding job all the way around, getting to the new home right on time! Both the customer and I were very happy with his service, and will look to him again in the future.
