From the first time James came into our facility, Kedplasma, LLC (Moffett location) he was kind, courteous, & professional with a smile on his face. He made sure the job was done efficiently. He is a great asset to your company
The best customer service always fast, Friendly, great service and professional from James W every time he comes in
Always is smiling with a great attitude and does everything needed to accomplish great service weekly
I work at Just4dogs a grooming company in downtown where we use a ton of towels everyday and David never fails to come every Wednesday to drop off and pick up towels and he makes sure we have enough to last us! He's always friendly and super thoughtful! I would recommend!
Kenny is the man!
Kenny and the crew at Cintas are awesome. Kenny makes sure I get my uniforms and all my supplies I need every week.
Thanks Kenny and crew!
Their contract is for 5 years, no way an in store employee sees that in the fine print
They charge for the uniforms being used in addition to the ones they're washing (unlike other companies)
They often billed for uniforms not returned even though their system is far from perfect (eg we received other companies uniforms)
We agreed to a month to month contract. Of course, over the course of Covid pandemic, our salesperson left. When we became disgruntled with paying for uniforms to be cleaned and having them return weekly DIRTY - we notified Cintas that we were cancelling. Then they generated a contract I did NOT SIGN.
Beware, beware, beware and document everything. Lucky for us - when they forged my initials, it is NOTHING like my real initials!
Sleazy operators who ghost you when you try to cancel any service. Do yourself a favor and DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. We used them for AED service and First Aid kits. Both ridiculously expensive and hard to cancel.
Our route driver Clarence is a master at taking care of ALL of our needs. Our clothes are clean and presented well. We are frequently asked if there is anything that can be done for us and rest assured that if there is needed just go ahead and consider it done then. This company and Clarence have an obvious keen grasp of the obvious. Big thanks!
I have no service. Got transferred from one of my companies locations to another. I turned in clothes to be cleaned and get none back. It took 3 months to get me new pants. And they have lost my 5 of my shirts. The Cintas driver said he is getting me new uniforms instead of getting uniforms transferred. I turned in some clothes they went to the other location that I used to work at. My manager called them and they said they will handle the transfer. It's been 4 weeks no clothes, no service. I have been washing the clothes I have left. If I give them the uniforms I have left I'm scared I will not get them back. No service. I not begging or asking them for clothes. It's one thing to have bad service I'm not even getting that I getting "NO SERVICE. Marty from United Rentals Starkville, MS.
Everyone seems to have signed a contract they might not know about and was ripped off by false promises!
This company needs to be sued and go out of business.
In Short, we are new to Cintas. Our sales rep (Ryan Brown) will not return phone calls and their customer service is horrible! No one answers the phone or responds to emails! We are cancelling the service after only a month in. Very disappointing!`
I own an entire resort and work with well over a dozen different vendors. NO ONE has disappointed and frustrated me like Cintas. They lie you into a very long and tedious 5 year contract that feels like a lifetime while steadily increasing your $$$ requirements. I pay as much for paper products that go down the toilet and in the garbage can every week as I pay for liquor, beer and food that make me money! Avoid them at all costs!
Worst customer service EVER. Our salesperson, Ben, lied about the services and pricing. Tim, his manager, wouldn't return calls and then led about that to the new manager. Started he left numerous voice-mail and we wouldn't call back. Bull$#*!, I assure you we would have immediately.
We have been billed several times for services and products not received. We get the run around when we call and question it.
Pre printed invoices? What about products I didn't need or receive that visit!
Now- to top it off- Cade, the delivery driver- has been FORGING my husband's signature for over a month! We will keep fighting this, PLEASE do not go with these crooks!
In the beginning our employees wanted Cintas uniforms and our salesperson was great. We moved locations and had a new contract shoved in our face to sign. Covid hit and our employees did not want to use the uniforms. We were not able to get out of our contract. Their legal team was too big to fight. So now we are having to pay for superfluous items that are overpriced. Think long and hard before signing.
Looking forward to August 2025 and our contract ends!
Be very cautious when signing a service agreement when dealing with this company. One sided, poor customer service, and in my opinion, somewhat deceptive.
THEY WOULD NEVER GET OUT SERVISE RITE, DRIVER WOULD LEAVE HALF OUR ODER ON THE FLOOR AND WOULD NOT BRING THE OTHER PART OF THE ORDER BUT WOULD CHARGE US IN FULL EVERY WEEK. DO NOT USE THEM AFTER 2 YEARS OF DEALING WITH THEM WE STOPPED THEIR SERVICE AND THEN THEY RAN OUR CARD 9 TIMES THE NEXT WEEK FOR RANDOM AMOUNTS BASICLY STEELING OVER A THOUSEND DOLLERS...
Edonton Branch Service Manager do not answer calls, takes weeks to reply on emails.
After you look in the contract the Uniform Consultant does not help you anymore.
Charging items they don't deliver.
The price are very expensive. Bad customer service Edmonton Branch.
In very fine print on original contract they state they will AUTOMATICALLY renew your contract with no new signature or conversation. You are then STUCK with their high billing for another 5 YEARS! They refuse to terminate automatic renewal. Terrible company with terrible customer service. Stay AWAY!
I am a server at a restaurant in mason Ohio. Tonight a group of your workers came in with their company "cintas" credit cards. They treated me worse than any customer I have ever had. They were so rude and continued to tell me to "hurry up we have to be some where" which I over heard was a "escape room" very urgent! Maybe go to McDonald's next time if you're in such a rush! They proceeded to throw their cards at me all at once and gave me 0 time to collect all 10 of them! Really great representation. Horrible people. I will always bring up this experience about your company. Interesting way to treat the people (service workers) who are the one buying your products and paying your bills!
Answer: TRY ANYONE ELSE! You don't want to work with Cintas unless you want to be locked into 5 year contracts that renew automatically without notice. They increase costs without approval, don't provide services they bill for...
Answer: We have to remember that companies are operated by people and sometimes the people don't have the company's best interest at heart. There are some cities for all companies where there is great service and also, there are cities where bad service is the norm. The difference is the managers and whether they care or not. I suggest you find and uniform and linen managed services company such as, "Uniform Bright", who can help you with any needs you may have. There specialty is helping to prematurely and legally cancel a contract, negotiating a new one, taking you out to bid, historical bill analysis, managed services & an expert witness in the event of court or arbitration. They are not lawyers but they know how the industry works and can help you to navigate the pitfalls that are associated with deceptive practices and one-sided agreements. If dealing with a uniform and linen rental company has been a headache for you and you no longer want to deal with them, you should talk with your lawyer or hire an expert.
Answer: They do not offer an incentive for buying a lot of products. They do give an incentive when you sign on and when you renew.
Answer: Good Luck, they don't care about their customers, let alone non-customers. Avoid them whenever possible. Just consider yourself lucky you aren't stuck in a contract with them.
