The customer service is amazing! Dena helped me work a plan that worked best for me! She said exactly what she said she would do! That goes along way since my experience with other company's didn't go so well! I highly recommend Cintas! If you have Dena as a rep you have the best both worlds. Good customer service and great quality stuff!
I would highly advise to stay away from the company. They are not truthful! The sales people will lie to you. The company cares little about the small business.
The only positive about this company is the gentleman (Tony) that came out to complete most of our services. The rest of the company is run poorly. I'm not surprised that this company only has a 2 star rating. I signed up for bathroom cleaning services. The service has not been consistent, they came out all different times of the month and never a constant time due to over full schedules. Tony started with us in the beginning then some of his services were handed off to others. Due to equipment failure they were unable to make it out but no one from the company contacted me but then I received a bill. I called about this and spoke to multiple people and it took months to fix this. I would NOT recommend this company. I have requested that this service be canceled as soon as the contract expires.
I've had name misspelled on my uniform for 5 1/2 months. Everytime I am told that they are working on it. It may not be a big deal to them but we pay good money and deserve our right names. I'm turning them in next week and quit wearing them so the company doesn't have to pay for them.
It Came time to either renew with Cintas or look somewhere else. I asked our driver Adam (who has been on our rout for a long time) if he was happy with the company and plans to stick around. His reply was yes. So I renewed our contract. Adam is the best. If you sign up hopefully you get him on your rout.

I have only ordered two polo shirts and after waiting 4 months then they tell me my order was cancelled. Reordered and now my shipping date keeps backing up after they said they were in stock. United Airlines needs to find a new vendor
My guys love their Carhartt uniforms from Cintas! They do an awesome job of dealing with repairs, damages and size changes. I can't imagine not having them for my company :). Having Cintas definitely gives me an edge over the competition.
We are a small Lawncare and landscape business. I gave the secretary permission to get a rug service due to her not wanting dust which I said ok to a monthly contract. I learned the hard way once she quit I tried to terminate the contract. Service manager contacted me and stated we are under contract for 5 years that the secretary had signed. We had been billed for months of service that we didn't receive in which we did receive credit after numerous phone calls. So they stop service after numerous of my calls to stop the service. This week I get a call from a collection service saying I owed over $2000. For the remainder of the contract. I guess if I treated my customers like this when they no longer need my service I would be out business. So I guess if I don't want this on my credit I will end up paying it. Not good business in a med size town word travels quick!
Cintas has been amazing to work with. I have used them for years with different companies. They always make sure we are taken care of and have exactly what we need! Everyone on their team is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone I have come in contact with from Cintas has come above and beyond. I will continue to recommend them to other businesses.

Do not use them! Takes over a month to get any kind of uniform without alterations and take a long time to reply to emails or no response on to when they will ship out my uniforms I have been waiting on for a long time even though they give dates of expected shipment... they do not ship it on the dates promised. Very disappointed.
If there was a chance to give them -10, i would do that. First they don't provide the promised service and then if you decide that its enough and you can't accept there mishaps and $#*!ty service and want to terminate their contract, they will take you to the court and make you pay the rest of the contract regardless of their screw ups so please think about before you sign with these crooks and bullies or to save alot of headache and bad service, look for another company with better reviews.

I WISH I HAD READ THIS BEFORE I WENT THERE. I TOO WAS TOLD THE CONTRACT WAS NOT ENFORCED AND I COULD LEAVE AT ANY TIME. MY HUSBAND IS THE MAIN REASON I GOT THE UNIFORMS, HE HAD COVID AND HAS BEEN UNABLE TO RETURN TO WORK SINCE MARCH 2021 SO WE DROPPED THE SERVICE AND NOW THEY ARE WANTING TO SUE MY COMPANY FOR THE BALANCE OF THE CONTRACT!
Before we signed with them the sales person said there will be no contract agreement between us and can cancel anytime. During the service we kept getting charge for stuff we never received just to mark up commission for the sales and area manager.
Unfortunately our business has closed down and we received thousands of dollars in bill for breaking agreement we never aware of in the first place.
They kept telling lies to their future customers about no contract but those statements in between long lines of contracts just like needles in haystack. It's been hard enough for small business owner losing business and now has to deal with all this bills.
If we knew, we wouldn't even sign with them in first place nor any other cleaning company.
Horrible service! Never again, 45 days to receive my order, then once Finally got it, they are wrong! I can't believe it! Now I have to wait probably another 45 days! I ordered jackets, probably I'll get them by next summer!
Horrible service, this company has poor management skills. They have a pattern of not showing up when they are supposed to. When calling, only a nice lady will pick up, take a message, then never replies back. They do not provide the manager's email or phone number.
I used a uniform company for years (never had trouble) and this company bought it out. So, they finished up my contract that I had with the old company and then came to my business and said I needed to renew my contract. I declined a 5 year contract that they offered me because I decided I didnt like their new prices and was going to go for other options. Thedriver said I could sign a one year at a time. I did agree to go one more year. Big mistake but he would not take no for an answer. So, I signed my name on a piece of paper for a one year and then they come back and showed me my signature and had stapled it to a 5 year contract. Now i am stuck trying to get out of the 5 year contract and they want me to pay for 11 uniforms, when i have only received 4. I'Ve told them and even talked to the bosses but they don't care. They are all the same and say they have to stand behind all their workers and what they say! Don't trust this company! Go elsewhere! Never seen a company do people so wrong! They should be ashamed to do business this way! I knew that if I had been done this way, that others had been done the same way, and looking at and reading the reviews, there are tons of unsatified customers who have been done the same way! I think everyone should put a stop to this company and call the Better Business Bureau! I have definitely called them and they stated that they will get to the bottom of it! I'm sure there's tons more that have been victims of this company! Stand up and shut them down or make them do people right!
Answer: TRY ANYONE ELSE! You don't want to work with Cintas unless you want to be locked into 5 year contracts that renew automatically without notice. They increase costs without approval, don't provide services they bill for...
Answer: We have to remember that companies are operated by people and sometimes the people don't have the company's best interest at heart. There are some cities for all companies where there is great service and also, there are cities where bad service is the norm. The difference is the managers and whether they care or not. I suggest you find and uniform and linen managed services company such as, "Uniform Bright", who can help you with any needs you may have. There specialty is helping to prematurely and legally cancel a contract, negotiating a new one, taking you out to bid, historical bill analysis, managed services & an expert witness in the event of court or arbitration. They are not lawyers but they know how the industry works and can help you to navigate the pitfalls that are associated with deceptive practices and one-sided agreements. If dealing with a uniform and linen rental company has been a headache for you and you no longer want to deal with them, you should talk with your lawyer or hire an expert.
Answer: They do not offer an incentive for buying a lot of products. They do give an incentive when you sign on and when you renew.
Answer: Good Luck, they don't care about their customers, let alone non-customers. Avoid them whenever possible. Just consider yourself lucky you aren't stuck in a contract with them.
