They're after your money. They play you for dumb. They're very unprofessional. I placed my order on March 19 AND also paid extra for shipping. When I placed my order, I was told that I would get my package within 8 business days. 15 days passed by and I finally called them. I was told, " Sorry ma'am that product is out of stock". I asked him why wasn't I informed about it and he kept getting smart, just plain out disrespectful. I asked about my refund and he tried to get me to download something to my laptop.(Which I refused) He kept cutting me off by sayig "OK, OK, BYE". PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE. ITS A SCAMMMMMM

I order my items January 21st 2020 It is April 5th, and I still don't have my items. Contacted Cichic through emails (3)times. Nothing. No reply, No phone from anybody, No items. All I want now is my money back, it's like false advertisement and you get nothing you purchase. But they are quick to take your money. Can not continue to let these fake boutiques take your money and you get nothing in return. I am contacting my attorney about this fraudulent $#*! company. Do better #Frauds

I ordered 1 item for my very 1st time ever and its been a month. I NEVER received tracking information ot anything. They dont even have a customer service telephone number. After all the time i waited then i was informed thru email tje item i ordered was out of stock. They offered to give me a $55 off coupon on my next order. If i never received my 1st damn order why would i be a dumbass and order something else from the same bs company.

My package took two months to arrive & it wasnt the item that they're advertising on their site. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I contacted them to see why it was taking so long & their customer service was absolutely terrible also. My package arrived exactly one week ago & just like everyone else on here, the item that arrived is NOT what they're advertising on their site. The item on the left is what I ordered & the item on the right is what I got. Obviously NOT the same thing. The item they sent me looks like a robe, not a coat. I will NEVER invest another penny into their business.

I ordered a dress from Cichic.com back in September of 2019. I thought one month was plenty of time to receive my package but I never got any thing in the mail since I paid an additional 17.85 for Express shipping. After three weeks I contacted customer service department and they told me they would look into my order. They never responded back. I sent them another email. And gave me a tracking number for my order and when I looked it up I got a notice that my order had been shipped and had arrived in the U.S. But I never got any thing in the mail and then i contacted the company and they told me that they had shipped it and for me to ve patient my package was on it's way. I never got anything nor a refund from these people. I will never do any business with any company from Asia again. These people are crooks and should not be trusted. I can't believe I have to leave a star to get this review posted! This business deserves Zero 0 stars!

I kept seeing a bunch of terrible reviews for this site AFTER I have made a purchase on the dress. I felt terrible for reading the reviews too late and I didn't want the dress to ship and have it mailed only to be disappointed. I emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund, they tried to bribe me into keeping my order and ordering something else free of charge. I kept pestering them until finally they agree to pay me back FULL PRICE. Very happy I cancelled when I did and surprised I got my refund back :) if only they weren't phony I would've given them a 4

Never been so frustrated and disappointed with any order. Ordered 29th Dec 2019 and received the order only yesterday 12th Feb. 2020.
Had two wedding an dnd never got the dresses on time. Had to order two dresses from somewhere else for the weddings.
Wrote about 50 emails got the same reply as
Processing time + shipping time = delivery
After complaining to get a proper answer th ery wrote be patient.

So mad at myself for ordering! This site is an absolute scam with FAKE photos of items and FAKE reviews. First it took a month for my 2 coats to arrive and now that they have arrived I'm appalled at total lack of quality. I ordered a gorgeous looking white teddy coat item number ************** and the pink version item number **************. I have gotten similar deals on reputable sites like SheIn so I thought it would be the same... WRONG. The coats are more like a thin robe made out of a blanket, but too ugly to even wear around the house. Definitely can't wear outside in cold weather. Might as well have lit my money on fire. So so SO mad. Trying to dispute via PayPal they are 0 help at all. Saying I'd need to ship the items back with tracking (AT MY EXPENSE) in order to get my money back... that would cost more than my $50 order. Do not order from these criminals and do not expect PayPal to help protect you from this fraud.

Dress came in torn and not as described. Reviews online are fake and all bad reviews are subject to "review" but never posted on their website. Their customer service is appalling and you have to pay to return their garbage quality. Your only options are to pay to have it returned and get 100% compensation (when shipping is over $60+) or get 10-15% compensation and not return it. It's a scam and a fraudulent business and I'm surprised they're still in business

Bought a dress. It arrived nothing like description or photos. I emailed and was told o would only get 20% back for it. Or to send it back for a full refund but postage was going to cost as much as the dress.
The company wouldn't give me an answer about why the dress was such poor quality and nothing like what I had purchased but they kept sending me back the same reply of a 20% refund
No questions were answered.
Will never buy from them again.
Don't fall for there fake advertising
