They don't look anything like the photos shown. When you post reviews it won't even upload so the reviews they have were created by the seller. They missed one item in the package. And when you try to return them they want you to ship them to China while the transaction was taken in Hong Kong. And of course they want you to pay for shipping so you would just resort to keeping it. Your Visa card should protect you from such scam. Call them and dispute the charge.

I ordered two dress on March 31,2018. I paid $17 for expedited shipping which states arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Today is April 17,2018 & the package has not left the facility in China. I need the dress for Saturday April 21,2018. When contacting Cichic they stated that the $17 I payed extra does not compensate their time for processing and preparing the package. I will NEVER order from this site again & I will definitely spread the word to all my family, friends, and co-workers never to order from this site. Fashion Nova is really good with shipping your purchase in a timely matter & they are just as reasonable if not more.

Purchased leggings from this site but only 2 of the 4 leggings arrived. I asked for a refund and they kept stating they would provide on but never did so I opened a Paypal claim. Paypal in all their wisdom closed my case because the company provided tracking information even though I have emails back and forth through paypal where the company admits not sending all the items and promising a refund. They refund only comes when you close the case (therefore all your leverage is gone) and they only refund you the lowest item and try to ship you another item. Total scam because even the name on the Paypal account is false (Zhang Xian). Will be complaining to Paypal about their process. Keep in mind buyers this is a foreign company so rights and leverage to refund etc. is limited.

I purchased a dress from Cichic.com, which by the way they simply order from Wish.com and uncharge.The dress I received was such an epic disaster that it could never be worn in public least I be arrested for indecent exposure.

The neck strap for the scoop neck was sewn in so far out that my breasts were literally fully exposed (see photo provided, bra was worn!). Every seam and strap on the dress were crooked. I expressed my displeasure with my purchase and was offered an 85% refund after I spent my own money to send it back to them. After informing them their offer was unacceptable and threatened to write reviews of their company they relented and offered a full refund.

3 months later, no refund. I contacted again and all I got was $5.23 on a $30 purchase.
I will never purchase from this company again. They are a complete rip off, bait and switch company.

I ordered a dress from this site awhile back to wear for a formal event at my school. It looked perfect for the event and so beautiful in the picture. I paid $17 in expedited shipping on top of the $42 spent on the dress so I would have it in time. A week and a half passed (more than the promised 5-8 business days), and I began to grow worried that the dress wouldn't arrive on time. I checked on the site and discovered that they hadn't even shipped it yet. Panicked, I went out to find a new dress. I was going to keep the dress when I got it, but when it finally arrived WEEKS later, I was shocked to discover that the dress looked absolutely nothing like it did in the picture. The material and embroidery were awful, and the fit was terrible. It almost looked like a slightly overgrown child's play dress-up outfit. I've spent a very long time bartering with this site, trying to get back as much of my money as I can. They refuse to refund me the money wasted on expedited shipping, and won't cover the shipping for the dress to be sent back. They were only going to refund me 25% of the cost of the dress if I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending it all the way back to China, but 7 plus email exchanges later, they MAY be giving me $21 of the total $60 originally spent. And now I'm stuck with a worthless dress that I'll be giving to Goodwill. I would STRONGLY caution anyone from ordering from this site.
