Most idiotic company to date. Their shipping turn around time is beyond disgraceful. Their so called "customer service" team are idiotic & unhelpful. All I want is a refund and yet they don't seem to understand that? BEYOND RIDICULOUS! DISGUSTING COMPANY. POOR ETHICS, DOES NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS PROPERLY. DO NOT ORDER. SCAMMERS ALERT. IDIOTIC WEBSITE. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

Ordered in January before the pandemic. Items was never sent. $85 worth of clothing and shoes. Tracking info was never updated initially until March stating a label is JUST now being created for shipment. May 14th I got the same lying message. Next week is July. No update since May 14th still. Has the company offered a refund? No just $10 credit on some cheap jewelry priced $3.99 a piece. Why would I even consider this as repayment especially when I'll never get that cheap mess delivered to me anyway. Find another site yall this isn't it. It's a shame actually.

I want this to give me the option of ZERO STARS! I ordered a pair of shoes in the beginning of April exactly a month before I needed them for a wedding. And it's now the end of June and there STILL not here! I've spent $70 on these. I go back to the same site and they're selling them now for $30. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not due to covid19. This is wrong. DON'T order from them. Don't waste your precious time.

I ordered $143 dollars worth of clothing and paid for expedited shipping on May 3,2020. As soon as I ordered, thier site stated that I would recieve a confirmation email with tracking. I checked my emails for days, no such email was ever sent. Now it is the 10th of June and nothing has arrived!

This site deserves no star. My husband bought me a couple of jackets back in March for my birthday. We should've done our research. In April we emailed them about our package. They were quick to respond to say that 28 business days were not up and to be patient and gave us a tracking link. We waited. At the beginning of may I contacted them again and got the excuse that due to covid 19 things might take a bit longer and to be patient. A week later my husband contacted them wanting a refund, they said that because the package was shipped we had to refuse the package and send it back. We explained that we never recieved the package. And what we got was "be patient". Now first week of June, still no package. I message them again and demand for a refund, they give me the same response as my husband but I told them no that I was done being patient and I wanted a refund and there was no way to refuse a package that never arrived. Now everytime I email them I get an automated response such as "refuse the package" or "be patient". Never ever buy from this site, they are scam artists, you won't recieve your package and will be out of money spent. I even tried to go to their site to try and find another means of communication and I couldn't find anything, it won't even let me click on info and refunds tab but it will let me click on shopping tab. I am going to try and find a way to report this site and hopefully get something done.

This company false advertises, what you see on their site verses what you actually receive are completely different. Cheap material, it's like a toddler made the items. DO NOT ORDER!

The dress was crazy cheap... and that is what I recieved! The straps were thin (not thick and comfortable like the photo). The materials were fair, but they were just CUT/CHOPED! The bodice was nice, but the skirt was all awful. The outer material was like a simple shear curtain, the lace was all an unfinished edge that did NOT drape, and the underskirt was just scissored off and rolled (my buttocks and woo-ha barely covered). Not worth the return~
1st photo is what I was SUPPOSED to receive, 2nd photo is what I actually received! Unbelievable!

I ordered a dress from them 6 wks ago. I still haven't received it and they have no updates on tracking for over a month! I have contacted them several times and keep being told it's on it's way and I need to check with the USPS. However they've never recieved it either! They refuse to give my money back since they "sent" it and told me all I can do is refuse it when it arrives and send it back "FOR FREE" like that's a good thing and they're helping me out! RUDE people who refuse to help! Horrible customer service. I see why its rated a 1!

I would have given a zero star if it was available.

I ordered my dress on May 8, I also paid $17 for expedited shipping. My dress should have been here no later than Wednesday, May 20th, which would have been 5-8 business days just as their "expedited shipping" stated on their site. It is now May 22nd and I still don't have my dress. I have emailed them only to receive responses such as "it may take longer due to COVID-19, however, their site did not specify that COVID-19 would cause delays in shipping. If you are a reputable business, then your job is to notify all your customers that a virus is going to slow down shipping. Otherwise, it that isn't the case, ship the product when you are supposed to. Don't offer expedited shipping if you don't intend to ship it that way. I have asked for a refund of the $17, but no response to that as of yet.

Will not issue a refund, delivery time is months, and quality is poor. It took over two months for my product to arrive. Sizes run very small. Products aren't durable. Customer service will not issue a refund.

I placed an order mid January for a winter coat. The package was delivered May 3rd! Since beginning of March, I have made a couple of attempts to cancel the order since it was stuck in China. I was finally told the only option for me is to reject the package at delivery. However, when it finally arrived yesterday (May 2!), It was left at the door without knowing or ringing the door bell. I wasn't given a chance to reject the package. 4.5 months shipping. Horrible quality product. Inaccurate size measurements. Horrible customer service. I will make sure to leave a review on every possible platform to make sure others stay aware from this fraudulent company Cichic.

Everything that I ordered was not was I saw on pictures, before you order make sure it is the same material as shown on pictures, this site is showing you pictures from some other sites but sending you a cheaper version, I guess I should've known it was gonna be garbage look at the price I guess u get what u pay for right.
