If I could have given a "0" for CICHIC, I would have. Don't bother ordering from Cichic. You are better off burning your money. Their stuff stuff is garbage. Items don't resemble the pictures on site at all. The reviews and pictures on their website are fake. Poor quality clothing. Poor sizing. Absolute garbage.

I tried returning the items to Cichic. Cichic wanted me to send items back to China at my expense before refunding me any money. My cost would have been $150.00. Much more than what I paid for the items.

Skip the Cichic site and order from Amazon, instead. At least with Amazon, you're not throwing hard earned cash away.

I ordered an item for a special event and paid express shipping to have it delivered on time and even ordered it 2 weeks before my event. I continued to check almost every day, and I was also receiving other packages. But the link they sent for the tracking never worked and after waiting 20 days I contact the company and they tell me to check the post office. I check the post office, nothing. I respond to their emails and they send me a picture telling me it was delivered Oct 17 (this now Oct 30 because I have been fighting them via email for a week), and to check the post office. There was no package, it never arrived and now I wasted $50 for nothing. And now their support keeps telling me that the package will arrive soon, or check the post office. I get the same repeated email each time. They are a scam.

Beware! Do not place large orders with this company. They will not send your order and will knowingly hold your money hostage! Ordered over $300 worth of merchandise and paid expedited delivery. Order was cancelled even received credit memo in email for the full amount. After not receiving any items or refund I contacted the company who after 20 days from original transaction then sent me 1 item that I did not order (I ordered 15 items) they proceeded to suggest that my entire order was being shipped and I should wait although previous emails stated items were no longer available. Still haven't received my order or refund a month later. Absolute crooks!

I would give them 0 stars if it was available. I placed my order over a month ago and I still haven't received an order. I didnt even recieve a email confirmation. I had to constantly email them to check on my order and they will say wait 3-5 days which turned into a month. Then they started to lie and say my order is now out of stock and they will refund me, but it's still showing available on their website. They also have fake reviews on their site. They change the dates to make them seem relevant. By any means do not purchase from them and waste your money and time. I am now waiting for a full refund. Run!

Expedited Shipping option is fake. It was 5 days late out of the terms, for which I paid £12! Don't lose your money. This company is FAKE the quality is worse than buying in a pound store.

WHAT A JOKE! THIS SKIRT IS BADLY MADE UP, THE BACKGROUND IS A PILE OF WHITE FABRIC IN POLYESTER THAT IS ADJUSTED AS A MINI SKIRT AND SUPER SHORT, THE DACRON FABRIC DOES NOT EXIST, THE TULL IS SHORTER THAN IN THE PHOTO. THE DRAPED GRENADINE DECORATION DOES NOT EXIST, TWO PICES OF TULL, IDEAL FOR A HALLOWEEN DRESS.

They have to describe the product as a real and the image equal to the product that they manufacture. What they do is a complete scam that should be penalised by closing the online page of bad quality.

Ordered dresses, not true to size. Emailed back and forth regarding return and their last reply simply stated that they do not assist in returns, must return on my own. If item arrives than they will refund, but it will take a lot of time and money. What kind of customer service is this?

Do not use, fake pictures. Very cheap and badly made items. Not fit for purpose. I ordered a coat £47 weighted as much as a t-shirt which actually had written on the packaging. Very thin cheap nylon material and fur was cheap and stiff and only a very small line around the edge and hood. I paid £14 to return to CHINA but it had no, tracking number which they ask for. I don't believe they would be honest and credit me without a tracking number. Even if they have received. Please please don't use them it will definitley upset and disappoint you. I lost £61

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER - Worst company ever. Absolute disgrace. Rip-off Merchants. I was sent the wrong product in the wrong size and all they would do is agree to refund the cost of the item IF I sent it back AT MY OWN EXPENSE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR ERROR. Item cost USD12. Postage cost USD17. So, very graciously, if I want to spend another USD17 on postage, I can get my USD12 back. Tried Paypal Customer protection buy they couldn't do anything for me as Chicic had agreed to refund the item only if I sent it back (which they knew I wouldn't because of the cost of freight). This company knows how to play the game with Paypal to leave your stuck with what they've sent you.
