Very disappointed
Shopping was easy. Many items were only available in S-M. Sorting feature by size as one of the sorting searches would definitely make shopping experience much better. I looked at many items that had those sizes which took a lot of extra time. Never shopped with you before. Sizing were true, workmanship was quality, received order in timely manner. Designs were just as pictured and I love all and no returns were necessary.

I looked at many items that had those sizes which took a lot of extra time. Never shopped with you before so I am anxious to see quality and sizing of items. Hopefully no return will be necessary but I do like that you indicate free returns. I can't give stars to products as I have not rec'd any yet.

The shirt i received not alone arrived with what looked like orange cat hair all over it but it wasn't assembled correctly. This product was used, cheap and of poor quality. First & last purchase with this company.

I received a receipt by email that they got my money but 8 days later I have received no other communication. I cannot look up my order on their website and they do not answer their phone or emails promptly. I had hoped to wear the skirt tomorrow so I paid extra for faster shipping. No Communication! Help Please! And why would they make it so hard to talk to real people?
The sweater is very nice. I ordered it for Valentine's Day. I received it on the 15th. I'll put it away for next year. It's makes you smile when you look at it. I'm glad I ordered it.
The sweater is beautiful! The shipping from China took almost a month, but it arrived just in time to give it to my daughter for Valentine's Day.
The items have always taken a month to arrive, but always turn up and are worth the wait. The company keep you informed when items have been dispatched and when they are being delivered.
I really enjoyed everything I received. Everything fit beautifully. The long time it took me to get my purchases was the reason I could not give a 5 star. Will continue to shop with chicwish in the future.

This was my first time placing an order with Chicwish and I absolutely LOVE my new skirt! Very well designed and GORGEOUS. I wish the delivery would be a little faster... not sure if I was unlucky or if it's standard... it took 3 weeks to arrive! That's the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I've never ordered anything from here before. I loved the white turtle next sweater with the red heart on neck and wrists, so I took a chance. Quality is great. It feels like a much more expensive sweater than it is!
