Terrible practices…if you return something they will gladly accept it receive it but never actually give you a refund…. And customer service tells you yes it will be processed in 1 to 2 days every week you call. Wow…don't waste your money or time…. And the product is CHEAP.

Great place to shop with so many items to choose from

Chicwish was my first order, and it did not disappoint! The clothes are just as shown in the photos, and they are true to size. It was a hit with my wife. Beautiful materials and high-quality clothing. If you message customer service, they answer rather quickly. Prices are reasonable for the quality and there are no shipping expenses! We'll be buying more goods in the future!

The selection and variety of clothing choices available is great - so different from what I would find on Amazon, the mall, etc. The fit is true to expectations and the quality is as good as or better than the pictures. I did have to return one item due to it's length and the return process was more complicated that most (e.g. Target, Amazon, etc.) but I did get it returned without a hassle.

I ordered a number of items. I needed to return a dress and it was was a simple process. Great process

6 items. That's all I ordered. They mutilated my order starting with omitting the central piece of the entire $#*!ing thing. Then, they sent me two black items when it was clearly supposed to be one black and another of the same item in white. They try to ride the Covid excuse train but it's clearly a matter of laziness and/or outright stupidity and by that moron magic they managed to turn my 6 day shipping into 11. Imagine my rage when the items I had waited for were denied me by that same moron magic. Three FURIOUS emails not yet a single response. Like so many they want to be shielded from the results of their poor performance so it's not actually shocking that their listed phone number goes straight to Voice Mail WHICH IS MOTHER$#*!ING FULL. Not only will I never do any business with these idiots again, but I will make it a lifelong point to prevent others from doing so and hopefully spare them them the rip off that was so carelessly dumped on my doorstep.

Easy to negotiate site. Delivery was right on. No problem with ordering.

Easy to place order. Item arrived in less than a week! Arrived with unpleasant odor which I was able to get rid of with fabric spray.

Had to wait quite a few weeks as it came from China, but pleased with the product when it arrived. Had to tidy up some of the cotton threads hanging down.

I absolutely love the tulle skirt i got and i bought 3 more in different colors and styles!

Website very fast loading. Easy to browse sale items, easy to find categories. Loved to see what's selling. And Love free shipping. I was surprised that the products are made by chicwish. The "about" page has words like "buyers" and "hand-selected" which make them sound curated. But they are manufactured by Chicwish. One product I got was surprisingly dark for "khaki" and compared to the online image. The washing instructions are different on the tag than on the website. The skirt wrongly falls a little longer in the front than the back. I was surprised that the fabric on the skirt was stretchy. It looks like a not stretchy style. It is a full skirt. There's no reason for stretch. It also wrinkles very easily. Just a terrible combination. I just don't know where else to find a skirt like this so I'm keeping it.
One pair of pants had a different leg shape than the picture. I returned them. Return was easy.

Great variety. Would like to have the ability to filter by size.

I purchased a few items and they were great. Good quality products (above my expectations), reasonable price and effective delivery.
