I think ChicWish would be okay if you didn't have to return anything, but the return process is super sketch and therefore I won't be shopping with them ever again. The dresses, etc, that I ordered were good quality and cute, albeit weird sizing (hence the returns), I just don't think it's worth the risk.

They make you jump through hoops for returns, and have so many "If you don't do this, we can't process your return!". Well, I followed every single thing (included the original pack slip, printing their special RMA return form, updating the website with my tracking info from the return package, etc) and weeks went by without my money being refunded. I followed up and they told me I didn't include the RMA form, but they'll refund my money anyway... I did include it, and I wonder if they would've just hung onto my returned clothes without refunding me had I not thought to follow up.

So, buyer beware, it's sketchy and I would not recommend.

The items I ordered came in sooner than they had said it would. That's great! I eagerly tried them on with excitment. Their sizing I noticed is off (via the sizing chart before I ordered my product) so I was worried it wouldn't fit very well. I'm usually a small/medium in skirts and medium in shirts. I purchase (according to their size chart) a large skirt & medium short. The skirt is pretty dang tight but doable. The skirt fits kind of odd, but fits. The biggest issue I have is the zippers! My husband has to zip the top & skirt because for 1, they are nearly impossible to zip up or down due to the type of zipper. And 2 because they're located in the hardest spot possible to do it yourself. I spent over $80 to get this outfit & was hoping for some better quality with that price. I'm going to have to take it to someone to remove the zippers & replace them. UGH!

I ordered two colors of the style of shirt they were sponsoring on Facebook posts. Shipping took forever and when the shirts finally arrived, they looked nothing like the picture and were so wrinkled that they are not even wearable. I would say steam or wash them but the material is so thin and flimsy that I am sure it will rip. These shirts were very expensive. I would expect a gamble like this if the shirts were cheap or ordered from eBay or amazon but this is absolutely robbery and sham because I paid over $60 for two shirts! They only shipped them once I emailed customer support. I am so upset because these were for my daughter's photo shoot and money just thrown down the drain. Chicwish is a SCAM.

Do not buy. Completely messed around by company. Skirt I ordered was overpriced, terrible material and squint hem. Had a nightmare sending back which I paid for. No refund after approx 6-8 wks. Only got it when I put bad review on trust pilot. The timing of it is a bit suspect. The picture they sent to prove refund was done after nearly 2 months had no picture of the date even though they said it it had been done wks previously. Never had such a bad shopping experience. They contacted me to take my review down because I had received refund. But it will be going back up with delayed refund after a lot of hassle. These people are ripping consumers off. Read a lot of people who didn't get a refund at all. Never wrote reviews before but this deserves a few minutes of my time so people avoid shopping here.

Worst online shopping experience, I would never use the site again, or recommend anyone to order from them.
I ordered a coat that costs $165. The email confirmation said the order will be ready for shipping in 3 days. After 7 days of placing the order, I emailed them saying I'm leaving the country soon, and if this coat is not shipped today, I won't be able to pick it up, so cancel my order. They never cancelled my order, and shipped the coat 8 days later. It took about 2 weeks delivery. The coat was ripped, plus t looked like a low quality coat, although it costed me $165. I shipped it back to them for a refund on the 29th of October, shipping to China costed me $60. Today the 4th of Dec, I emailed them asking why I never get refunded, they claimed that they never received the coat. Basically I lost $165 coat price and $60 for shipping it back. Worst place to shop from.

I bought a dress from Chicwish. It took more than a month to arrive at my place. But the size is too small. Then I exchange for a bigger size. But after I wait for more than a month, the dress finally arrived. But the zipper doesn't work. So I wrote to their customer service to request return and refund. I never hear back from them. From the day I first placed offer up to today, it has been almost three months! Please don't order from this place. They have no respect for customers and they provide very low quality products. The shipping is super and unbelievably slow.

I placed an order on April 10,2017. I purchased the higher-cost "register" shipping method to ensure that my product would arrive before my event on April 22,2017. 10 days later... I still have not received my item and the status of my order has not changed. It still lists "processing". At this point, I start to look for a tracking number to see where the package might be or for a customer service number to call to inquire about my order. Neither one exists! The only option is to email them. I emailed them on April 18,2017 explaining the situation. They replied stating that the product had to be re-stocked and would require an additional 3-4 days to process. What?! It lists NOWHERE on the website, on my order confirmation, etc. that it needs to be re-stocked. It is dishonest. At the very least, it should say on the website that it needs to be re-stocked with an option to be notified when it is back in stock. The company should not allow customers to place an order when the item doesn't exist. At this point, I asked for a refund since the dress will not arrive in time for my event. I have not heard back from them. I doubt if I will receive the dress or the refund. What a complete lack of respect for customers

EDITED: They responded April 20,2017 to refund my order. I accepted the refund, but I still want customers to know that there is a lack of transparency and to avoid ordering from the company until they change the information displayed on the website and they way that they process orders.

My daughter has ordered two skirts from Chicwish. Both skirts are good quality and fit well. My daughter loved the first skirt so much (New York Skyline Printed Midi Skirt) that I ordered her another one as a gift. The 2nd skirt was of the same quality and fit, however, the color was off by quite a bit (Coastal Demeanour Printed Midi Skirt). The 2nd skirt was marked on the invoice "Final Sale - No Returns" (not sure why). However, I e-mailed customer service. They allowed a return and gave me an electronic gift card for a future purchase. My daughter looks forward to ordering from Chicwish, again. Overall, I am pleased with their products and customer service. Update: 4/27/16 I placed a second order on 4/10.17 days later and my order has not been shipped, yet :( I sent an e-mail on 4/20 and they said that one (of 2 items ordered) "still needs a few days to be restocked" and "will ship out the parcel asap once the items restocked". It's 7 days since that e-mail... and I am still waiting... Update: 5/5/16 Received my order today :) My daughter loves the dress (Miss Cherry Pie Belted Midi Dress). It's cute, fits well and is well constructed. The skirt we ordered is ok (Subtle Plaids Belted Wool Skirt). The plaid pattern is different than pictured; the skirt is 4" shorter than stated and the hem is edged with a serger instead of actually being hemmed. We will keep it. It's just not quite what we expected. Overall, we've been very happy with 2 items that we have ordered from Chicwish and slightly disappointed in 2 items. 50% success rate. That being said, I would still order from Chicwish, again.
