ChicWish is my favorite. Buying online can be a process to go through and sometimes sizing can be an issue. They will work with you and try to make it to your satisfaction. I like how efficient and smooth the process is if something does not work out as one hoped for.
I am so pleased I took a chance on chic wish. The clothes are great quality and on trend. It's my favorite place to shop for special occasion clothes now.
Received an extra large dress instead of extra small dress. Poor customer service, no help regarding exchange or expediting order. Was told did not even have extra small dress at the warehouse so do not understand why this was not conveyed at time of order. There is no number to call customer service, have to use their poor online chat service. As soon as I write anything negative or expressed frustration, went offline. Poor company, would not recommend. Cheap quality clothing for price.
Everyone should shop here, at least once. I have been shopping with them for the last 1-2 years and I can vouch that their clothes are good quality and worth the money. I don't usually post comments but I always come back to shopping here! I have bought minimum of (14) dresses and each one is so unique and I always get compliments about where I get my clothes. I'll definitely be back!
This was my first time purchasing from Chicwish and I hoped the real clothing was true to the advertisement. When I got it, I was very pleased and relieved. It was true to size and the quality was great. Will purchase more from Chicwish!
I purchased the "Grab the Spotlight Bowknot Satin Dress" from ChicWish and it is gorgeous. It fits true to size and is a high quality dress. It is made well and fits perfectly. It is a great dress to have for holiday parties. I highly recommend ChicWish, they have great customer service and the quality of the garments are always wonderful.
I've bought everything from beautiful winter coats, to skirts and sweater and shorts. The quality is amazing and holds up over time. The customer service is also very nice and communicative. I once had an issue and they responded within hours, fixed the issue and gave me a discount. I've lived on 2 different continents and they still have got my items to me fast and at no cost. One of my favorite stores, you won't be dissapointed.
I purchased a skirt from Chicwish and I wished I saw this skirt on a model as it was shorter than I expected. I felt the size to be small or x-small rather than "S/M". And after converting from US to CAD it didn't look like an $80 dollar skirt at all. Way to expensive for what I got. It's cute tho. And it did ship on time. After I submitted a review on their website it said something like "your review has been submitted to be monitored". What does that mean? Do they only show the good reviews on their website?!
The site has some very classy and stylish pieces. The quality of the clothes is also very nice. I have shopped there twice and was very satisfied with each item that I ordered.
You end up with clothes you don't want or didn't order. The material is not as described and the seller doesn't offer free return! All they give you is a store credit from a store you definitely don't ever wanna order again!

I ordered an item for a a specific event and paid extra for shipping so it would be here in time. It's now two days before my event and it's still not here. They can't tell me where it is. Usps tracking has said the same thing for over a week. Waste of time and money. You'd think for spending over $100 on ONE item it would get here in a timely manner but i guess not :)
The jacket I bought did not look like the item on the model. The fit is terrible, very tight across the shoulders and arms, but very baggy everywhere else. The finish is atrocious I'd be embarrassed to wear it. I'd return it but the instructions on the scrappy bit of paper they sent as a return form say that anything over $20US will be rejected due to custom duty. DO NOT BUY from this site.
I've been shopping with ChicWish for several years and I have had nothing but great experiences. During that time I've only had to return one item and the process was very easy. Everything I've bought from them has been excellent quality and fit true to size. I also love all the sales they run and their great customer service
Chicwish has all styles and is at the forefront of all fashion trends, from retro, floral, rufles etc., we find the clothes of our dreams at Chicwish, the site is a wonderful fashion "magazine" I'm delighted. As wonderful photographs of clients in which we can see the perfomance of the clothes, I confess, I love everything!
I have purchased a number of items from Chicwish. I have only received a couple of items that were either too big or of poor quality. I returned the items and received my refunds with in a few days of their receiving my return. I have had no problem dealing with their staff. The only downside is the cost to return the items.
Absolutely terrible company and I will never use them again. I ordered two items last November and they got lost in the post. Chicwish agreed to send again in January and I confirmed my address. But once again it did not deliver. The address was incomplete. I asked them to resend as the items were for a gift but they would not, saying one of the items was no longer in stock. I asked them to resend the parcel that was being sent back to them but they wouldnt. I asked for compensation. Instead of any explanation that satisfied me I got a refund LESS than I had paid three months ago because of the exchange rate I assume. Also they took any points I had accumulated taken off me. Absolute disgrace and I do not recommend anyone to buy from Chicwish no matter how lovely the clothes look online
I wish I found this page sooner. The website made it seem as if it were based in San Francisco, CA yet it seems it's in China based on these reviews. I ordered a jacket on Dec 15, then I received notice that my package was shipped Dec 20 yet its Dec 25 and although it has a USPS tracking number it has not been shipped. Very disappointed that they are allowed to deceive customers and get paid. We'll see if I ever really get a package.
I have no words to describe what shameless scamming pricks work in Chickwish. Paid over 90$ two months ago for something that I never got to receive. Not only they were not answering to my messages, but when finally somebody called Garrock (?) did, I got a fake tracking number. After that no other messages came besides another one promissing me a refund. It's redundant to say there was so no such thing as a refund. Don't fall for these $#*!ing bastards, they deserve to get sued in every way possible! Lying trash!
Should have checked out reviews for site first. Lesson learned. Ordered over a month ago... via PayPal (PayPal account hacked just afterwards... hmmm, coincidence? Maybe?), won't reply to my inquiries. Based on reviews now I can either expect $gone or if I ever do receive my purchases they are likely to not fit, not look like what I ordered or be of the poorest quality. In store shopping!
Got email package was sent. Paid for Priority 3 day... parcel was NEVER MAILED!
Send email, FB message, & Instagram DM... All Ignored, but they are posting etc.
Wish I would have read the reviews on this site before giving them $88.
Hopefully PayPal will be sympathetic.
