ChicWish is by far my favourite clothing retailer. For the quality you're getting it is incredibly cheap. From the very basics to full wardrobes, ChicWish seems to have everything you could need with all variations of colours and are the most true-to-size of nearly all retailers I've purchased from. Would highly recommend to pretty much everyone.

Its a fake scam website
Its a fake scam website. I placed an order and decided to research a little about it. I found a lot of negative reviews about it, so I decided to cancel my order immediately, but on their website they do not have any option to cancel an order at all!

I tried to call their US phone number, it is not available.
I have also emailed them, and I am yet to receive a reply.

I'll update this review when I see any progress.

I ordered an item from this company and I was advised I woudl be billed $35.91, I received an email of this invoice. However they took $48.82 from my bank account. I have tried to contact them and no response, do not trust this company with your details.

There are currency conversion fees that are not disclosed during the checkout and purchasing process. My home currency (AUD) was selected prior to adding items to my cart and checking-out. I ordered 9 items that came to a total of $303.46 (shipping included and a discount code applied). When I looked at my bank statement and I was charged $406.76! Turns out prices are in USD. That should never happen without notice of foreign transaction / currency conversion fees.
There were multiple back and forward emails with *******@chicwish.com during which I respectfully provided multiple records of evidence and raised my concerns, but I only received brief generic replies.
Only after following through on my warning that I would report the unethical ‘Price Dripping' practice to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Scamwatch did a get a genuine reply where Dan Zhu from Chicwish admitted it was a 'system showing problem'. So, they know it's an issue and they overcharge people anyway. I can only assume their strategy is that you'll get fed-up and they'll get to keep your money. Dishonest and disappointing.
Now let's wait and see what kind of quality product arrives…

When I bought the sunset gradient dress online, I thought it'd be beautiful but probably the colours weren't going to be as bright and mesmerizing as shown in the pictures - but I stand corrected! It is a good quality dress, with absolutely fabulous bright colours that haven't faded a bit after washing. May be a bit expensive but absolutely worth it, I liked it so much that I wore it to my pre-wedding photo session and it was a brilliant choice. If all products are the same, this site is a true gem!

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SHIPPING TIME AND COMMUNICATION IS VERY POOR.

I ordered four items September 27. It is October 23 and I have only received 1 of those 4 of those items. I have had to contact customer service repeatedly in order to try and obtain tracking information and get an updated date of arrival. Ten days ago I was told to wait 10 days before getting a refund, and now they're telling me to wait another week. They still haven't given me any proof that this package is ever going to arrive. I ordered two coats for a trip I'm taking tomorrow... I thought a month in advance would have been more than enough. Apparently I just need to keep waiting.

The maxi skirts that I bought are beautiful. Shipping time was a little long but that was definitely stated when purchasing. I ordered 3 of the skirts, received 2 initially and waited about a week for the 3rd to arrive, rechecked my account to see if there was another shipment, my account said there was only the one shipment and the third was included. I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away with a tracking # for the 3rd. The small inconvenience and not being notified of the 2nd shipment originally is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars.

I love to shop from Chicwish. They always have new stuff and also with good prices. This is the best place to buy beautiful clothes like they have very unique variety of skirt that you can not get elsewhere. The Quality of stuff that you get here is excellent. They have very beautiful dresses also for every occasion. I totally recommend Chicwish to everyone.

I was wary of buying from chicwish because at first, it looked like an iffy company that just advertised on social media sites. I decided to try out a dress from them and although the shipping took forever due to COVID, the dress came and it looked beautiful! It fit well and looked just like it was in the pictures. The only thing is the flowers on the dress looked like it was cheaply painted on and it was really see through but it was nothing nude underthings couldn't fix. I got tons of compliments on it. I can't wait to wear it more.

I also ordered a maxi skirt and crop top combo and I was pleasantly surprised with it as well. However, even though the skirt has multiple layers, it is still quite see-through. The crop top is zipped up the back and I won't be able to wear it unless someone is able to help me get dressed. The zipper is very poor quality but the shirt's material is nice and thick.
