I placed my first order for two skirts. One of them was sent in the wrong size, the other one I don't like. I have repeatedly tried all three phone numbers, have emailed numerous times, even tried to get a RMA# to return. Their sight states that I have no orders and refuses to issue a RMA#. Chicwish also claims FREE returns, but then wants to charge between $8 and $12 dollars, WHAT? I am returning the skirts and am disputing the charge on my credit card.
I wish items would have shipped more quickly, but the clothes are fun.

I am a first time customer of the ChicWish online site. I eyeballed the 3D Posy Double Layered Mesh skirt in a size medium,, normally I'm not a online shopper unless it's from a store that I am familiar with ~so this a little skeptical. However when I received my skirt and tried it on - it fit beautifully,, I have already thought of several places to ware it to… I just simply love it and the quality of material is pleasing to my taste as well… I will definitely be a returning customer

The pieces are runway ready but have reasonable prices.
I ordered a top and skirt for a wedding tomorrow and didn't get the top and the skirt took like 3 weeks to get here. I called the number and said voicemail was full and I emailed with no reply.
The order arrived as planned and the material was good quality, better then expected. Good service. Tks

Placed an order on 1/31 and the products were only shipped on 2/22 from CHINA to the US. No excuse for this given the products are no doubt mass produced and sitting on a shelf. I have ordered before and while I like the products, I will never order from ChicWish again. The epitome of the slow boat from China.

HI Bought this dress to wear for my daughter's first birthday party. It fit perfectly and the material was very good. I literally received so many compliments from the guests. It has a bit. Of a slim fit assocaited with it. With midi dresses, I usually size up to give me a slim look. It worked perfect. This was my first time shopping at chicwish. Since then i have bought 3 more different dresses from here as i love how the fit looks on me.
Ordered over 3 weeks ago not arrived asked why and was told it would take 4 days to get a reply...!
