My order was placed in a timely manner and I paid for expedited shipping prior to an event I needed the outfit for. Weeks went by without any update. I tried to contact customer service to get an update and never got a response. Really thinking this was a scam.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. Extremely sketchy site. Purchased an item and paid for expedited shipping and it's no where to be found. Contacted customer service who will not do anything to help. Now I have to find another outfit for photos. Should have trusted my gut. This is just awful and such a waste of money.
I bought two skirt outfits that I saw advertised on Facebook. I absolutely love them and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. I'll definitely be buying more from Chicwish.

Quick and easy.So far I've only received 1 out of 4 items with no explanation or expected delivery of the other 3 items. It took a month from order to delivery. I was told you were waiting on 1 item before shipping. So what happened?

Original feminine pieces. Good quality. Originál look. But delivery was a bit stress for me, because the parcel was stoped at import control. I got IT 2 hours before my xmas párty. But my mistake. Next tíme I would better count with longer delivery tíme needed.

Website is easy to navigate and the pieces are beautiful. But the shipping and delivery aspect of this order has been a nightmare. I placed an order on 10/3, I received an incomplete order on 11/6. Today is 11/16 and I have not received the missing item or a refund. Very disappointed.
