Good selection, good prices, good offers and customer service experiences so far were very swift and efficient.
My second order was not dispatched within the 3-5 business days as promised, but after 3 weeks. I wasn't in a hurry so didn't mind. But when the products arrive, they are lovely and just as described. Delivery itself can be tracked to the dot which I love.
One item out of four was refunded before the dispatch, perhaps out of stock. I appreciate their initiative, money arrived on my bank account within a few days. Truly good pieces for my wardrobe. Will shop again.

I have placed an order which I believe didn't went through and money taken after showing pending transaction on my bank within a couple of hours and I tried contacting them to raise the query which was dealt with by a bot which then told I will be contacted by chicwish within 1 working day and still waiting for them to reach me. Refund my money back. I can send proof of payment made and no order confirmation received and my account is showing no order placed. GIVE MY MONEY BACK

Items were as described. Shipping was acceptable. Not prompt but not more than 3 weeks. The sizes are very small. They're "Asian sizing" so a large is more like a small in Australia. Other than that it was good!

I have usually had a good experience. The thing that has annoyed me this time is that I tried to return a coat. I had no idea there was a time limit. Second, the coat fit is terrible. It is so boxy and the sleeves are too big for the size that I requested. I have an order coming in, but after that I will not order anything else.

I can browse hours and hours. The products are so pretty. The site is easy to navigate.

I had issues with the cart because I was using separate links from my granddaughter. It was frustrating but I was able to place the order. I revised my review and increased the stars because of the excellent customer service support. The products haven't been received yet.

I love what chic wish has to offer and I definitely plan to shop again if the order is done right.

I bought 2 skirts of different colours with the intention of returning one of them but I ended up keeping both because of how great the quality was and how well it fitted. The skirts are stunning and very flattering

I ordered cardigan for 69€, but it has a poor quality(((
It looks cheap and there are many threads that need to be cut.
And the earrings were dropshipped from China. It doesn't worth 8€.
