The clothes are beautiful. And the customer service was absolutely top notch. I was dubious when I first ordered but I cannot stress enough how thrilled I am. You have gained a return customer.

Products look luxurious on pictures, but are plain and see-trough in person. Not worth the money.

The "velvet" blouse was so sheer as it barely qualified as velvet. Style and fit were fine, so I will keep it, but quality was very disappointing.

The quality of the dress was ok. I was completely disappointed with the return service. I had to pay $21 at the post office even though the policy/FAQ's on this site say 1-2 items will cost $5.99 - I spent $105 and got $99 refunded. I was trying out dresses for my sons wedding and it was inconvenient to return and I had to provide proof of my return receipt in order to get my refund because they said it was not delivered yet. I got proof of the return and the post office confirmed it showed in their tracking system that the packages were delivered 5 days prior. As soon as I sent it they issued the refund in the next email. I don't think I would have gotten my partial refund without that which is not good or what was promised in their return policy. I will never order from them again.

UPDATE: After I submitted this complaint I promptly received an email with a refund of the additional amount that was left off my original refund. I appreciate this so much and will give them a better rating and possibly order from them in the future. It's tough to find excellent customer service these days but I know things happen and can appreciate if someone makes the effort to correct the error made. Thank you chicwish.

Not only did it take way longer to receive my dress, but now I am unable to return the item. You have made the system impossible to return for a full refund.
It's a complete con.

Dress was ill fitting. Res turns had to be sent to USA from Au and refund has not been processed even though item has arrived at return address.

Easy site to negotiate, loved my purchase and will purchase more products in the future.

The only problem was it took way too long to receive.

I recently ordered clothes from this site and couldn't be happier. The materials are great, the size fits perfectly, and the delivery was right on time. Overall, a good experience!

This company is a $#*!show. They shipped me the wrong skirt twice now and the wait was roughly 4 weeks from the date of purchase which is very frustrating since I ordered two other skirts to wear to holiday events. Piss pour service and everything ships directly from china so you can imagine the quality issues on top of receiving the wrong item late. I won't order from this company again. Very disappointing
