I was very satisfied with my purchase. Quality was good, customer service also. It just took longer than expected for delivery.

I was shopping around for a guest wedding dress when Chick Wish pops out on my IG stories, they had exactly what I was looking for, I ordered the dress and a couple days later it was at my house's front door. The website is very easy to navigate and the check out process very smooth and simple. I love my new dress. The price was in my budget and the quality is very nice, specially the cut and length of the dress.

I never received an order number, no confirmation, never received my item… but my credit card was sure charged. Tried for 2 weeks to get support through the website and never got a resolution. Overall horrible experiences

This was my first time buy with chicwish, though I didn't get order confirmation, they were quick to respond back after I communicated the issue on chatbot. The order was dispatched quickly and I received it in decent amount of time compared to other stores that dispatch from China. I live in New Zealand.
The quality of the dress was amazing which I wasn't expecting.

I was very sceptical about this company after reading the reviews after ordering my items. The order took longer than I would have liked but pleasantly surprised to receive the confirmation of dispatch. The items are very pretty, they are a little on the small size but hope to get into them soon. They are a quite long for me but them I'm only 5'2. My 1 complaint would be they are supposed to be pleated and the pleats are almost indistinguishable. It's such a fine fabric that I'm not sure how to put them in again without melting the material.

I apologize for forgetting to write a review. I am 75 yrs old and have always wanted a Thule skirt. I never even look at them thinking I could never afford. Then someone told me to check ChicWish! I tried it on as soon as it arrived and did not take it off for 8 hours! Perfection! Thank you.

Return process little complicated. You only get free shipping if you take a credit. Credit not good for tax so still had to pay. Then I'm left with a small credit amount.

The shipping disaster taking over a month to reach me. But the dress finally arrived and is beatiful and fits great.

Easy to navigate the website. Lots of pictures to help make your choice.

The sweater is pretty, the delivery took long. I don't know if I would order from here again just for that reason.
