This is my first order from Chicwish! I ordered the full pleated belted maxi dress in tan! It fit true to size and is excellent quality! I am looking forward to wearing it to an upcoming wedding!

The sizing needs to be more accurate. European and US customers are used to their sizing being uniform, XXL is not a UK 14!

Skirt was absolutely adorable and I really wish it worked but it was too small. Which was annoying because the measurements said the waist was 27 inches and I measured it and it was actually 26 inches. I would probably be most comfortable and 28 inches but if it actually was 27 inches it would have worked. I had to send it back and the medium was probably going to be too big. Unfortunately, the return policy isn't great. I got a credit so I wouldn't have to pay shipping fees but I still need to buy a new skirt that I hope will fit this time.

Just received my skirt from Chicwish today. The material and workmanship is on par with my expectation. I ordered a XS size skirt, and it fit just right to my waist size. However, it's a bit too long for my height, so I need to bring it to alteration. But overall, I am very happy with the product.

I expected so much more from Chicwish!
I made an order in November but my order was taking a long time to come so I checked the status and it had not even been shipped. I was given a bazaar reason as to why it wasn't shipped. I waited a bit more and still it was not shipped. I was finally told that only one item in my order was available. Perhaps if someone had fulfilled the order sooner more of my order would have been still available! Anyway, the remaining item finally shipped in January. Ridiculous! I am not even sure if I received my proper refund. I am just tired of the whole experience at this point. I caution anyone who wants to buy from this company to think twice. The products look good on the site but you may not end up getting what you order and it you do, you need to be committed to following up and building in a VERY LONG time for delivery. I am soooooo disappointed. :(

I ordered a black jumper with love hearts on this jumper, which is beautiful and soft and well made. The red jumper is lovely to. Custom service is brilliant. I made a mistake and emailed them thinking it was another company. I'm truly sorry about this happening. I will definitely be ordering again. I ordered 3 jumpers all just as nice as the other. I ordered 5 psirs of socks, those great quality also. Thank you for your support. I have learning difficulties and autism, and get confused. So sorry. B
