The styles are very attractive and affordable compared to similar retailers. I saw the reviews from other customers and decided to try it out. I was surprised at the quality of the items despite my experience with other manufacturers. I was a little disappointed with a couple of items, but overall, I've had a very pleasant experience. I will be ordering again.

I been wanting to buy from chicwish for the longest time and I finally did. I ordered two tulle skirts, but the look and overall finish of the skirt is not what I expected. The skirt doesn't look anything like the picture, the one on the website has more fabric, it's more flowy, more gathering of the fabric on waist, but the one I received has a lot less fabric a lot less gathering. See pictures for comparison. Also, took about a month to received. Shein quality! Very disappointed!

I placed an order for a dress, but I noticed that the expected processing and delivery time of 14 days had been extended to approximately 30 days. I expressed my dissatisfaction by filing a complaint here. However, they promptly reached out to me and provided guidance on processing a refund.

Items are normal sizing for the North American market. The return instructions are confusing, but with some effort, the support helped. Canadian customers be aware that you are returning to the US. In my case, 1 item cost CAD 26.00 to return

I ordered three skirts and even paid for fast shipping and still nothing. I received an email that it would still take two more weeks to arrive. Never again!

Nothing fit, and when I tried to return several items, got short responses that didn't answer my questions.

This Pearly Contrast Heart Soft Fuzzy Knit Cardigan is my FAVORITE! It is luxuriously soft and feels like a warm hug. When I have worn it out, I have gotten numerous compliments. Chickwish's Customer Service Team is also great. I ordered a medium but changed my mind and they were able to adjust my order and send me the new size. I highly recommend Chickwish.
