I ordered a pair of sandals from Chellysun. They arrived within a couple of weeks which I was happy with considering they were coming from overseas. There was no paperwork with them, a receipt stating what I ordered, etc. The shoes were probably three sizes smaller than what I ordered and what I wear. I ordered a size eight and my youngest daughter who wears a size five couldn't fit into them. I immediately contacted their customer service department who instructed me to take a photo of the shoes and packaging. I did that immediately. I had not even taken the other shoe out of the package so it was still wrapped in tissue. I received another email telling them that they were so sorry but since their wasn't a quality issue, the return would be at my expense. Being that this is overseas, the cost is higher than what the return would be. Again, the wrong size was sent and so now I have a pair of shoes that I cannot return and do not fit. Be very careful when ordering an item with this company as they do not work with you when the wrong item is shipped. Personally, there are plenty of places to order from. I would avoid this company completely and not take my chances!

Five Star! So I was pleasantly surprised by Chellysun. I was skeptical at first because they've had some bad reviews but they must have revamped their customer service and shipping because it was all great for me! I had ordered the wrong size and contact them, they were quick at helping me and modify my size of sandals. The shipping was also less than 2 weeks originally! The dresses were very beautiful and the sandals very fit me. I liked everything I got and was happy with it all for their prices. Will definitely be buying from again!

Don't bother buying anything from this company unless you plan on waiting weeks for your order. I follow them on Instagram and they have so many unhappy customers that complain about having to wait over 5 weeks for an order. That's ridiculous. I ordered shoes from them 2 weeks ago and I still don't have them. From the reviews people leave on their Instagram I don't expect to get my order any time soon. People even complain about the tracking number and how its fake. If I could go back in time I would have never ordered anything from them. The worst part is that they constantly delete bad reviews and comments from their Instagram page so potential customers never see them. That's why people like me are going through this bs. They use the excuse that international shipping takes longer but I have ordered things from China and never had any problems with shipping time or tracking numbers. This is one pathetic, money hungry company. Its pretty much a drawn out scam. I already opened a dispute with PayPal. Please save your money and shop literally ANYWHERE else.

It is always a good idea to buy a new dress when the weather becomes a warm. I ordered this dress from chellysun several weeks ago and can't stop getting compliments about it. Everyone is in love with it. The size is exactly what I expected. The coloures match the ones on the picture - typical spring colours. The ornaments make it even more interesting. The item was delivered on time. It is really worth the money.
